Hello travelers! We look forward to meeting you!
Super spacious apartment, Gay friendly, Pet friendly, Bright, Full of light, with Creative, Well-travelled hosts.
New York is expensive; not only to visit, but also to live, so we got creative with our walk-in closet. Yes, originally a closet, it is now a very small, but very cozy private room.

- Clean sheets, blankets and towel.
- Wifi access.
- Large fan for summer nights
- Storage space under bed, shelving above bed and a four-drawer nightstand.
- New York City maps and guide books
- Printer to print tickets, maps etc
- TV with Netflix
- Full kitchen
- AC in the living areas
Interaction with guests
We all tend to have busy schedules, but when we are home and not working we welcome guests to hang out with us if they'd like to
Bushwick, often referred to as the little sister of Williamsburg, is vibrant, creative and full of life. Street Art Murals created by local artists are a striking feature of the neighborhood.
- Grocery stores and laundromats one block away
- Bars, restaurants, cafes within walking distance
We are within walking distance of two subway lines.
- The L train (Jefferson St station)
- The M train (Central Ave station)
Both take approximately 20 minutes to get to Manhattan.
Other things to note
The room has no window and can be hot in summer, but there is a large fan mounted to the wall above the bed. The rest of the apartment has air conditioning.
We thank you for the good vibes you bring to our home and only ask for the following.
Please do not bring guests back to the apartment who are not included on your booking.
We appreciate that you clean up after yourself in the shared living spaces and that you wash your dishes directly after use.
In the bathroom please remove any hair from the drain after you shower to keep it from clogging. Please also dry your feet before exiting the shower as the floor is very slippery when wet.
We live in an old building that has delicate water pipes. To keep things flowing smoothly please only flush toilet paper (no paper towels or face wipes etc) We appreciate your care and patience :)
