• We kindly ask for your understanding in avoiding the use of towels to remove sunscreen residue from your face. This can cause damage to the towels and affect their quality. For your convenience, we recommend using facial tissues or wipes provided. Your cooperation helps us maintain the highest standards of service and care.
• Gecko lizard and insects are common in tropical regions, often found in forests, rice fields, or other natural environments. At our hotel, we take great care to ensure that our villa rooms remain free of these creatures. However, we kindly ask for guests' cooperation in keeping doors closed during their stay. These animals are harmless and will not attack, as they are simply part of the local ecosystem.
