Charming studio on the ground floor of an ancient and elegant building recently renewed, in Via di San Teodoro, next to Fori Imperiali and Colosseum.
It offers a sleeping area open on the living (with single sofa bed), a basic kitchenette a bathroom with shower.
Ancient statues and marbles with a certain value live together with modern operas of a contemporary artist, that works together with the architect designing this atypical home, that will probably make you feel as inside a room of one of roman museums that you are going to visit.
The area is very quiet, despite to its centrality. All the main attraction are at walking distance, and you won't need public transport.
Bed lined and towels are provided (1 big + 1 medium towel /each person/ every 5 days)
Free Stay for children under 3 years.
- Turist Tax: 2€/people/day not included in the final price will be pay cash only at your arrival.
Tkanks to Alessio and Francesco for this nice appartment very well located. You were very nice and ready to help at every moment. Hope to come back soon!
Appartement super bien situé
Bref ne pas hésiter !
Un peu de bruit dans la rue juste au pied du lit mais largement suportable
Wonderful apartment, very well decorated. The location is excellent to visit Rome by foot, it is just 5 mins walk from the capitole, 20 mins from Piazza Navona or the Colosseum. Very easy to go to month or Tratevere for drinks / diner as well. Plus, the area is charming, quiet, with a lovely farmers market and a very good caffè nearby.
Please note that the apartment is on the ground floor and on week days you are easily woken up by the cars passing by your front window. It's a little street so not a lot of traffic.
And Alessio and Sebastien are very welcoming.
Brilliant Host! We were met on time on our arrival and given all relevant information. Davide was very quick on response to any extra questions we had when we were there and very friendly and polite! Would highly recommend this place! It is cosy, has heating, speedy wifi and is a fantastic location! Walking distance from the colosseum, roman forum etc and restaurants! Thank you very much!!
Beautifully decorated, nice courtyard, and location cannot be beat. There were ruins right across the street. It was walking distance to everything as well, no need for public transportation. The hosts were also very nice and arranged for a car for us to the airport the day we left. Some negatives were that the kitchen and shower were tiny but I don't expect anyone to be cooking since there are so many great restaurants and cafes nearby.
It's a nicely decorated little apartment on ground floor. We basically travel in and out by buses that go to many tourist spots. Bus stop is about 10mins walk. There isn't any restaurant or supermarket nearby and it's a quiet place at night. There is always a foul smell when we enter the room and it might be from the drainage system. Hot water is limited so after 1 shower the subsequent user will have to bear with cold water. There are 3 of us who shared the apartment and it's good enough for our usage except for shower area which is small. Everything else was good.
