This stylish 1-bedroom loft villa offers an elevated retreat, featuring a reading and wellness area, indoor zen garden, and fully equipped kitchen. Outdoors, enjoy a private pool with a semi-jacuzzi, ice bath, and a lush tropical garden to embrace the Bali vibe.
Located just 5 minutes from Bingin and 10 minutes from Uluwatu, you’ll be close to Bali’s best beaches, cafes, and restaurants.

We are located in a private land and a private road leads to it with no public lights on the 50 last meters but a 360° CCTV with night vision and human tracking.
the skylight in the middle of the villa have no curtains so I can be bring in the morning. we provide eye masks for people getting Disturbed
Tropical environment: As we are located in a tropical area, you may occasionally encounter insects despite regular pest control treatment.
Power supply: Temporary power interruptions may occasionally occur due to local utility issues or maintenance and are beyond our control.

Important:
There is some constructions happening in front of the villa but it's not loud and not really disturbing once in the Modern Oasis villa thanks to our bamboo fences and double layer walls. However, our prices have been reduced accordingly

Q: What time is the Check-in policy?
A: Our standard check-in time is at 3:00 pm. However, you are most welcome to drop your luggage after 11:00 am while we are getting your villa ready.
Q: What time is the check-out policy?
A: Our default check-out time is at 11:00 am. Late check-out is subject to availability and charged extra. Please note that for any late check-out between 12:00 pm – 18:00 pm, there's an additional charge of 50% from the daily rate. Any check-out after 18:00 pm will be charged at full-day rate.
Q: Can I have a Private Chef so I can dine in the villa?
A: If you wish to have a professional Chef, we have a food and beverage team with high hospitality standards at your service, at an additional cost. Simply inquire with your villa host a day before. We will be happy to help you arrange this service. Otherwise, our villa comes with a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal.
Q: Do you offer Groceries / pre-stocking at the villa?
A: We can assist in buying you groceries and pre-stock the fridge before your arrival, the service charge is IDR 150k, and IDR 50k for delivery if more than 1 shop is needed to buy all products. Please let our host know one day in advance. They will help you purchase the freshest ingredients in the area.
Q : Do you offer a floating breakfast?
A : We can arrange a floating breakfast with an additional cost of IDR 150,000 per tray. Breakfast on each tray could be shared between four guests. You could place the order to onsite staff, by latest one day before. However, to make sure of the availability, please contact us immediately after your booking should you need this extra arrangement.
Q : Do we have a housekeeping service every day?
A : Our housekeeping service is available every day from 9 am until 17 pm. To respect every guest's privacy, please kindly arrange with our team for the time you need the villa to be cleaned.
Q : Can we have extra clean towels?
A : We can get you an extra towel depending on availability.
Q : What is the maximum occupancy for each villa? Can I have extra beds?
A : The maximum capacity is 2 people in each Villa and only for Adults. Therefore, we do not offer extra bed and are not pet friendly.

No construction around the villa. the only one is on the other side of the valley and can barely be heard on the pool deck.
No neighbors except for the 2nd similar villa and one local house behind belongings to the family of the land owner. the rest is jungle and little forest around.
The area is very rural and calm, so cows and chickens in the proximity and some big resort just around like Bulgari and six sense.
