An unique logging experience at an art gallery in the heart of Manhattan! This is a 1,300 sq/ft loft with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one at each end of the loft. ONLY ONE BEDROOM IS AVAILABLE FOR RENTAL THAT SLEEPS 2 PERSONS ( I sleep in one across from the other side of the loft). The extra people sleep in the living room. You have your own living quarters with a private room with a queen bed (real mattress), wooden flooring throughout, and your own separate private bathroom that right next door to bedroom. It's south facing so you've plenty of sunlight in the bedroom. I am the only person living in the other bedroom, which is at the other end of the loft- so you will have your own privacy without being disturbed. There's cable TV in your room, A/C and heating and FREE WiFi connection. All linens, blankets, towels and pillows provided. We share the kitchen which is at your disposal. The loft is at the second floor with few steps up from the street level. Art pieces displayed throughout the loft.
The loft space is at the middle of Theater District, Central Park, Columbus Circle, Time Warner Shopping Center, Radio City Music Hall, Rockefeller Center, Lincoln Center and Fifth Avenue shopping etc.- All within minutes of walking distance. It's at such a convenient location where you could get anything at anytime easily and quickly by just walking out of the building.
Nearest subway is only 2 blocks away for C/E Train. For A, B, D, F, 1, 2, 3 trains are within 3 blocks. There are also 2 CIti Bike Stations on the block for your biking in Manhattan experience!
This area has to be one of the most exciting areas in Manhattan for dinning and outing- there are thousands of NYC top rated restaurants with all kind of different cuisines, popular bars and clubs, and also supermarkets, delis, pharmacies, natural stores, farmers market and Starbucks within steps.
I often host art openings, parties and social events at the space, and you're most welcomed to attend and mingle and network with the New York social crowds. If you'd like to host dinner parties yourself at the space, you're welcome to do so, as long as you have the space back to its original state. Also inquire for availability for the whole loft when I travel (at a different price, and sleeps 6 persons in total).

Jeremy was an excellent host--we really enjoyed our stay at his loft. He was friendly, helpful and always willing to make recommendations and give directions. The loft was comfortable, clean and a great place to relax and retreat from the city. The location was awesome--we walked to many of our destinations, including a broadway show, 5th ave shopping, and wonderful restaurants and coffee shops. We ate a couple meals at the loft and found everything we needed for food prep & cooking. We would definitely stay here again.
Pretty much what others have said. Jeremy is as present or absent as you need him to be. A gracious host, very willing to offer directions and suggestions if you need them.
Spotless. Quiet. Private because Jeremy's front bedroom and the rear guest room with private bath are separated by a sleek gallery sitting space with Asian-themed art. Don't be distracted by the shabby single flight of stairs you'll climb from the secure door at street level.
Perfect midtown Manhattan location. Walkable to several subway lines. Except for subway stairs at the Manhattan end, it's ideal for subway-train travel to/from JFK. "E" subway line is 2 blocks away.
There are two major reasons for staying at Jeremy's place:
Firstly, Jeremy is a fantastic host! He's extremely helpful & very attentive to his guests' needs. On January 21, our flight back home was cancelled due to the snow storm in NYC. It was not a problem with Jeremy for us to stay one additional night. He made sure our flight & airport shuttle reservations were changed & confirmed.
Secondly, his place is excellently located to explore NYC by foot or public transport. Numerous tourist attractions, eating places, shopping, etc. are within walking distance.
We would definitely come & stay again at Jeremy's place.
Jeremy, many thnaks again.

Although the apartment as a space was fine and the location convenient I have to say we were extremely disappointed with the filth we found which showed lack of consideration for the host's guests. Bathrooms were disgusting with used toilet paper left there and the host did not have the decency to remove his dirty laundry from the floor. We spent 2 days cleaning and desanitising which put a spoiler on the beginning of our 7-day holiday in New York. His response was also disappointing as he did not acknowledge the seriousness of the problems we faced nor did he offer any compensation or money back. Normally if it wasn't such a busy time of year we would have left immediately.
It's appalling and disgusting to make fake claims with entirely different motivations for renting apartments on Airbnb! Starting from their arrival complaining about things that were never mentioned in my apartment description, to leaving my place in such a mess after their stay... Also, WHY use Airbnb renting peoples' apartments and complain about their personal belongings in the apartment? This is the worst hosting experience I've ever had in my 4 years of hosting on Airbnb.
I really enjoyed staying at this host's apartment for two days in December 2013. That was my first time to use Airbnb. The host is very pleasant, kind and helpful, and his place is safe and also very convenient for going anywhere in NYC. I wish I could have had more time to explore Hell's Kitchen area.
I highly recommend you to stay his place.
Also, if I return to NYC, I definitely book this room.
Again, Thank you so much :)
Jeremy was a great host. His loft is very convenient to everything. He is about 1.5 blocks from 2 subway stations and within walking distance of Times Square, Theaters and Restaurants.
Jeremy was very easy to work with on arrival and departure and his communication was great. He was always quick to respond to questions/email/text message.
We would absolutely stay here again. Since this was my wife's first trip to New York and I had not been in several years, we wanted a place that was accessible to major tourist sites yet not completely overrun with crowds. Jeremy's loft fit the bill perfectly.
Jeremy is a very pleasant host and his place is clean, comfortable, spacious for New York and nicely located to mid town yet relatively quiet. I would recommend it and hope to come back.
Everything was perfect! Jeremy is very friendly and helpful.
Very good position, close to Time sq and Central Park.
An excellent starting point for your holiday in NYC!
Jeremy's apartment is in a great location in midtown Manhattan, easy walking distance to Times Square, great restaurants and Broadway theatres. Though it's a shared space, there is ample privacy as Jeremy's room is at one end of an art gallery, and the large bedroom with private bath that we rented was at the other end. We found him to be very helpful and accommodating. The place was also very clean, and considering we were in the heart of the action, the bedroom was surprisingly quiet.
Pleasant, central location. Easy access to subway. Within a 10 min walk to Central Park, Times Square & theater district. The room was a little smaller than anticipated, but still nice. Felt safe in the area. It was clean and a great place to stay since we were on the go the whole time and basically just needed a place to sleep or relax for a bit. The downside was that the window faced into a small alleyway. There was some noise outside the window from neighbors but not an overall problem. Our guest area (bedroom and bathroom) )was sectioned off from the rest of the apartment with a curtain. Overall, enjoyed the experience and Jeremy was a good host. Thanks again!
