The Space

An unique logging experience at an art gallery in the heart of Manhattan! This is a 1,300 sq/ft loft with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one at each end of the loft. You have your own living quarters with a private room with a queen bed (real mattress), wooden flooring throughout, and your own separate private bathroom that right next door to bedroom. It's south facing so you've plenty of sunlight in the bedroom. I am the only person living in the other bedroom, which is at the other end of the loft- so you will have your own privacy without being disturbed. There's air-conditioner, heating and FREE WiFi connection. All linens, blankets, towels and pillows provided. We share the kitchen which is at your disposal. The loft is at the second floor with few steps up from the street level. Art pieces displayed throughout the loft.

The loft space is at the middle of Theater District, Central Park, Columbus Circle, Time Warner Shopping Center, Radio City Music Hall, Rockefeller Center, Lincoln Center and Fifth Avenue shopping etc.- All within minutes of walking distance. It's at such a convenient location where you could get anything at anytime easily and quickly by just walking out of the building.

Nearest subway is only 2 blocks away for C/E Train. For A, B, D, F, 1, 2, 3 trains are within 3 blocks. There are also 2 CIti Bike Stations on the block for your biking in Manhattan experience!

This area has to be one of the most exciting areas in Manhattan for dinning and outing- there are thousands of NYC top rated restaurants with all kind of different cuisines, popular bars and clubs, and also supermarkets, delis, pharmacies, natural stores, farmers market and Starbucks within steps.

  • This was my first experience being a guest and also my first trip to NYC, so I was a little apprehensive at first, until I started communicating with Jeremy. He was so efficient and accommodating that I immediately felt comfortable. He was able to answer every question we had, was gone a lot, but magically appeared when we needed him. The Loft is in a perfect location to all the theaters (the reason for our trip) and close to wonderful restaurants in Hell's Kitchen. He even let us video him giving us directions to get to JFK by subway so we did not have to take a $70 cab.
    Great host, thank you Jeremy.

  • Jeremy was very warm and friendly from the very beginning. Made me feel quite welcome. The room was super quiet, which is great since the neighborhood is quite lively. Very spacious, clean and with the advantage of being right next to the private bathroom and kitchen, so it felt like a whole separate apartment for myself. For New York City standards and prices, this is a great find with its large spaces and convenience (it's so close to everything!). I'd definetely recommend this place and next time I'm in town, I plan on returning here! Thanks Jeremy!

    Response from LoftMidtownNYC:

    Dear Terry & Maza,
I'm very sorry to learn about you were "VERY disappointed in more ways than one"! I am saddened and shocked that, with all the time we've had, day and night spent together laughing, chatting and singing you did not voice your concerns to me during your stay but to write it here after your stay.
I wish you luck at your next logging experience.

  • Jeremy was a great host. Always available and helpful. The room was clean and friendly. Brilliantly located: close to Central Park, Times Square and dozens of cool restaurants. The E-line from JFK is just two blocks away. If you want to stay in NYC, we recommend this place.

  • Jeremy is a great guy and his place is everything a good AirBnb spot should be. Perfectly located, clean, spacious, and quiet. Probably the best value in Manhattan, look no further. Everything went without a hitch. We will be back again for sure.

  • Our visit to NYC was fabulous because of the fantastic location of Jeremy's flat. The flat was very clean, including the private bath which was a nice plus. Because the art gallery separates the two living spaces, we felt like we had the place to ourselves. Jeremy made his presence known and was happy to answer all our questions and provide suggestions. Otherwise he was invisible. Walking to all the sites is possible from this location -- in the middle of the theatre district and a couple of blocks from Times Square and Central Park/Museums. We will definitely contact Jeremy when we return to Manhattan.

  • This was a perfect place to stay. It was my boyfriend's first time in New York, and this apartment is close to everything. Steps away from a Starbucks for your morning coffee (unless you want to use Jeremy's kitchen, which had a kettle and French press ready to go). Very close to Times Square, Central Park, and various Metro stops to take you wherever. We were able to buy half price Broadway tickets at the TKTS booth, walk home and change, then walk to our theater all within an hour. Can't get much better than that.

The room and private bathroom were clean and just what we needed. The desk space and empty closet made it very easy for us to spread out and be comfortable.

Plus Jeremy is a great host - he was always responsive by text and was very helpful with directions. It was such a good experience for our first Airbnb stay! Thanks Jeremy!
