An unique logging experience at an art gallery in the heart of Manhattan! This is a 1,300 sq/ft loft with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one at each end of the loft. You have your own living quarters with a private room with a queen bed (real mattress), wooden flooring throughout, and your own separate private bathroom that right next door to bedroom. It's south facing so you've plenty of sunlight in the bedroom. I am the only person living in the other bedroom, which is at the other end of the loft- so you will have your own privacy without being disturbed. There's air-conditioner, heating and FREE WiFi connection. All linens, blankets, towels and pillows provided. We share the kitchen which is at your disposal. The loft is at the second floor with few steps up from the street level. Art pieces displayed throughout the loft.
The loft space is at the middle of Theater District, Central Park, Columbus Circle, Time Warner Shopping Center, Radio City Music Hall, Rockefeller Center, Lincoln Center and Fifth Avenue shopping etc.- All within minutes of walking distance. It's at such a convenient location where you could get anything at anytime easily and quickly by just walking out of the building.
Nearest subway is only 2 blocks away for C/E Train. For A, B, D, F, 1, 2, 3 trains are within 3 blocks. There are also 2 CIti Bike Stations on the block for your biking in Manhattan experience!
This area has to be one of the most exciting areas in Manhattan for dinning and outing- there are thousands of NYC top rated restaurants with all kind of different cuisines, popular bars and clubs, and also supermarkets, delis, pharmacies, natural stores, farmers market and Starbucks within steps.

Our host was very flexible and nice. When the concert we planned to attend was cancelled, Jeremy was able to accommodate a slight schedule shift.
This apartment is spacious and absolutely amazing. We really appreciated our own private bath and it can be described as the being at the very epicenter of New York's best Ramen.
When we arrived it was relatively cold outside but so nice and cozy inside. The apartment is beautifully decorated. It felt like the set of some New York based TV show that makes you go "How did they find a two-bedroom that big in New York City?"
Jeremy was a kind, charming host. We arrived rather late at night but he was there to greet us with a smile. The way to the room leads through his art gallery. The room is absolutely quiet. It felt like a cozy refuge. We had some of the best sleep in a long time. It was a fine place to stay. Thank you, Jeremy!
Jeremy met us upon our arrival and welcomed us into his home. Our arrival was delayed due to a train issue. Although Jeremy had a scheduled event to attend, he adjusted his schedule to make sure we felt welcomed and were comfortable with everything.
The listing description is very accurate. The bedroom and private bathroom provides plenty of room and everything was tidy and clean.
We felt very safe in the neighborhood. The location is close enough to walk to a Times Square, Central Park, Macy's, and more! Yet the apartment is quiet, cosy, and a great place to sleep.
We would stay here again, if we travel to New York again!
Jeremy was out of town on a business trip, but made arrangements for his Aunt Lisa to let us into the flat when we arrived to New York City. We arrived at 6:45 a.m., and we were thrilled that Aunt Lisa met us within half an hour of our arrival, so early in the morning. She was very nice, gave us keys, answered our few questions, and we had privacy the rest of the trip. Jeremy did leave his email and phone # in case we needed anything but on our trip this was not necessary.
