The space

An unique logging experience at an art gallery in the heart of Manhattan! This is a 1,300 sq/ft loft with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one at each end of the loft. You have your own living quarters with a private room with a queen bed (real mattress), wooden flooring throughout, and your own separate private bathroom that right next door to bedroom. It's south facing so you've plenty of sunlight in the bedroom. I am the only person living in the other bedroom, which is at the other end of the loft- so you will have your own privacy without being disturbed. There's air-conditioner, heating and FREE WiFi connection. All linens, blankets, towels and pillows provided. We share the kitchen which is at your disposal. The loft is at the second floor with few steps up from the street level. Art pieces displayed throughout the loft.

The loft space is at the middle of Theater District, Central Park, Columbus Circle, Time Warner Shopping Center, Radio City Music Hall, Rockefeller Center, Lincoln Center and Fifth Avenue shopping etc.- All within minutes of walking distance. It's at such a convenient location where you could get anything at anytime easily and quickly by just walking out of the building.

Nearest subway is only 2 blocks away for C/E Train. For A, B, D, F, 1, 2, 3 trains are within 3 blocks. There are also 2 CIti Bike Stations on the block for your biking in Manhattan experience!

This area has to be one of the most exciting areas in Manhattan for dinning and outing- there are thousands of NYC top rated restaurants with all kind of different cuisines, popular bars and clubs, and also supermarkets, delis, pharmacies, natural stores, farmers market and Starbucks within steps.

Great location to get to all the tourist spots. Broadway and Tines Square so close! The subway is also walking distance and easy access. I never met Jeremy but he was extremely responsive to my needs. I picked up keys at a nearby cafe just a few blocks from the apartment.

Jeremy's place was perfect for my trip to NYC. The location was great, space was clean, and he was very responsive when I had any sort of issues (i.e., my not being able to properly follow instructions with the keys). Highly recommend staying here!

Ideally located a stone's throw from Broadway theaters, this is one of two bedrooms in an apartment just off 8th Avenue. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom. There's also a well-stocked kitchen guests can use. Check-in and check-out were handled via a Key Cafe in a deli a few blocks away, so I never met the owner or the guests staying in the other room. The apartment and the room in which I stayed were well-equipped and unusually spacious by NYC standards. I didn't get a view, but I did get absolute peace and quiet, despite being less than 100 yards from the constant bustle out on 8th and Broadway. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a quiet, nice place to rest in between enjoying everything NYC has to offer. I'd stay here the next time I come to the city, if the place is available.

Awesome location and a great value! The space was very comfortable and centrally located to anything and everything you want to do or see in midtown Manhattan. Although we never met, Jeremy was a great host and was very responsive to all of our questions before and during our stay. I would definitely recommend Jeremy's place to anyone staying in midtown!

Our host (Jeremy) was a very good communicator. Getting into the lodging and checking out were smooth. The room and the shower + bathroom were clean and neat. The neighborhood was good. There is a subway station 2 blocks away and many attractions are easily accessible. I would return to this room any time!

Jeremy was a most conscientious host. Very helpful in every way! Location is very convenient to the various theaters we attended. We experienced a couple of minor plumbing and electric problems; didn't create any difficulties for us, so just advised Jeremy so he could fix them after we checked out. Would stay there again.
