Renovated in 2012, this spacious 3 bed/2 bath condo can comfortably sleep 8. The full kitchen comes fully stocked and has all newer appliances. Open floor plan keeps your family together; cook in the kitchen, eat at the dining room table, or relax on the couch in the livingroom.
The warmly decorated condo complements the open floor plan which sets the stage for a relaxing vacation. Its updated kitchen will inspire even a novice cook to create tasty treats and serve them with ease on the kitchen's island that is within reach of the living area. The accessible big screen TV in the living area allows the family comfortably watch a movie or play video games if a rainy day arises. A private patio situated off the dining area is the perfect place to enjoy the gulf breezes while reading a book, playing a board game, or even catching an afternoon nap. With the pool just steps from the front door and the beach down the block, you feel as if you were miles away on your own private island.
There is a swimming pool on the property.
The neighborhood is friendly and quiet with several restaurants and a delightful bakery and coffee house nearby.
The local transit authority has a trolley that takes you from the southern end of PassAGrille to North Clearwater Beach & downtown St. Pete. Also, Island Ferry Boat Tours provides a ferry service to bring you to downtown St. Pete from the beaches for $25 round trip! This new service coordinates their schedule with Free Beach Rides, which is very popular with the locals, to make your sightseeing outing a breeze!
Downtown St. Pete boasts the Dali Museum, the only permanent Dale Chilhuly exhibit, Museums of & Fine Arts, the historic Vinoy Renaissance Hotel, and world class restaurants. Also, it is home to the Tampa Bay Rays baseball team and Rowdies soccer team. The Mahaffey Theatre was used for auditions for TV's "America's Got Talent," and is host to traveling Broadway theatre companies. Treasure Island and surrounding areas have been used as "shooting locations" for the movies "Cocoon," "Summer Rental," and "Spring Breakers." One of these locations, John's Pass Village, in Madeira Beach, is "home" to commercial fishermen and local artisans, where you can get some of the best seafood and browse in one-of-kind shops and boutiques. Also, located in the Tradewinds Island Grand Resort on St. Pete Beach, is an art gallery featuring the works of the Guy Harvey, marine wildlife artist and conservationist. His depictions of sealife, especially of sportfish such as marlin, are very popular with sport fishermen and have been reproduced in prints.

The place was great! Very clean, spacious and comfortable.
Had a wonderful visit. The pool was beautiful, the location (a few blocks from the ocean) was fantastic, and the private deck was a joy. I gave four stars rather than five because it wasn't a luxury unit. If that isn't important to you then consider it a five. In comparison to other units I've staked at in the Tampa area it is definitely above average.
We enjoyed a great holiday in this lovely condo. It really is a very short stroll (less than 5 minutes) from a delightful sandy beach where we walked every day. The condo is clean and spacious. It is in very good condition but not so immaculate as to make us anxious about having a five year old and two dogs with us.
It is set in a small block which is unbelievably quiet. The other guests were very friendly when we saw them but we were never aware of other people's noise. There is a clean convenient laundry room.
We would highly recommend this condo. Thank you for a great stay.
