From the moment you enter the foyer, the lake welcomes you. Straight ahead, the open living area draws your eye with expansive windows and sweeping views. A floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace anchors the space, offering cozy vibes alongside plush seating and a TV for movie nights or lazy mornings. Natural light pours in, highlighting the peaceful waters beyond and, of course, those signature sunsets.
The fully stocked kitchen is a dream for any chef, outfitted with everything you need to prepare meals for the whole group. The large island, with seating for five, is perfect for keeping the chef company while soaking in lake views. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area with seating for six and direct access to the back deck for effortless indoor-outdoor flow.
The main level features three thoughtfully appointed bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary suite is the crown jewel of the home, featuring a king bed, cozy sitting area, deck access, and panoramic lake views. Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 30 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit to be charged after booking.

- Due to natural fluctuations, we’re unable to provide specific water depth information at any given time. The majority of docks in this area are generally suitable for most average-sized pontoons and ski boats. However, since boat drafts can vary, guests are encouraged to refer to Lake Norman nautical charts, GPS systems, and depth maps—and rely on their own knowledge of their vessel’s specifications—to ensure safe navigation.
