- Living room with sofa, Smart TV and portable fan;

- Full kitchen with refrigerator, cooktop stove, electric oven, airfryer, microwave, sandwich maker, electric coffee maker, common kettle, blender, wine glasses, pans, crockery and utensils;

- An indoor dining table with 4 seats and an outdoor table with 6 seats;
- Washing machine and clothesline;

- 1 toilet;

- Private gourmet area with complete and portable barbecue;
