Interaction with guests
I am a lay-back but will act quickly to meet your needs.
It is just a few blocks north of the University of Washington, University Village Shopping Center and south of Wedgewood. Its convenient location near UW, restaurants, whole food store, entertainment and many buslines with easy access to downtown and Eastside employment centers makes its demand the highest in the Seattle area. The U Village shopping Center, Ravenna Park, Bryant Elementary School and Bryant Neighborhood Playground, Magnuson Park as well as Burke-Gilman Trail are just a few blocks away. The immediate neighborhood has apartments nestled in with single family homes creating a quiet and safe atmosphere.
Bus 71 goes to the UW every 15 minutes. Bus 65 or 64 take you to many other places. Microsoft Connector stop is within a short walk distance at 35th Ave NE & NE 73Rd St
Other things to note
The location is in the convenient intersection of 35th ave and 65th street, you can hear car sound but not so bad, it is quite bright. All the windows come with reflective films so people cannot see through from outside.
