Location:
Nestled just behind Ani Hotel on Sayat Nova Street, "Cortado" boasts an unbeatable location in Yerevan. Minutes from Swan Lake and Northern Avenue, yet tucked into a peaceful neighborhood, it offers the best of both worlds: city vibrancy and quiet retreat.

Living Room and Kitchen:
The living area is bathed in natural light through floor-to-ceiling windows, featuring soft cream tones, natural wood accents, and versatile lighting to match your mood—from bright mornings to cozy evenings. Relax on the comfortable sofa with a Smart TV and enjoy the city view from the French balcony.

The compact, fully-equipped kitchen includes ample storage, a fridge, microwave, electric stove, and eye-catching backsplash. It’s designed for practicality and enjoyment, whether you’re cooking a full meal or just making coffee.

Bedroom:
The bedroom invites you to unwind with a plush king-sized bed, a premium mattress, and a striking feature wall. Soft ambient lighting and a large window create a serene atmosphere, while air conditioning ensures comfort throughout your stay.

Bathroom:

Other things to note
1. Should the unit include a sofa-bed or travel cot, an additional 'linen' charge will apply for their use. Guests must request these extra sleeping options before booking.

2. The apartment will have Starter Luxury Hotel Toiletries, fresh linen and towels. Stays that are longer than 20 nights will receive fresh linen and towels, starting on the 10th day from arrival. You can request additional cleaning, but there will be an extra charge for this service.

3. A starter supply of household cleaning and hygiene products will be available on the property for use as well as tea, coffee and water to get you through your first morning. The guest is responsible for purchasing any additional supplies

4. Due to frequent back-to-back bookings, early check-in or late checkout might not be feasible. However, should this be a necessity for you, kindly inquire on your day of arrival or departure once the cleaning schedule is confirmed. Please note, we may not always be able to accommodate these requests.

5. Please observe our strict non-smoking policy within the flat. Failure to comply will result in a $200 penalty.

6. We kindly ask you not to rearrange the furniture. If moved, please return it to its original place before checking out. Non-compliance will result in a $50 charge for furniture repositioning.

7. If the listing mentions Netflix or other streaming platforms, it refers only to the availability of the app on the smart TV. We no longer provide shared or corporate accounts. Guests must log in with their subscription after check-in.
