I let my guests lead and I follow. If they'd rather come and go with little to no interaction, that is fine with me. For my social guests we will sit down and chat or watch a movie or some sports.
It is an incredibly safe and exclusive neighborhood. My guests often marvel at what a wonderful neighborhood and safe neighborhood the home is in. Walking down the street to the grocery store is common for my guests to love to do. 🏯

This was our family's first taste of Airbnb and we now know we don't want to stay at hotels when we travel. Michelle was sweet and upfront about what to expect. No hassles! We had plenty of space for the 4 of us. And our access was as needed, no matter the hour. The coffee & refrigerator in our room is a nice touch. Our kids enjoyed a little bit of satellite TV during downtime.
We were a little nervous going in not knowing what to expect. Michelle was excellent at putting us at ease prior to and during our stay. Thank you, Michelle! We appreciated the continental breakfast as well. It was great to even sit and connect with her on our short 2 night Disneyland stay. Being only 3 miles from Mickey without parking fees and large crowds was a big plus. Our family gives a big thumbs up on doing this again! And we hope future hosts with Airbnb around the world will be as pleasant as Michelle--to keep us coming back for more.
Michelle was great! She was extremely welcoming and accommodating. It was our first stay using airbnb. We will definitely being using it again and looking Michelle up when we head back to the CA area.
Let me start off saying that Michelle and her family were so sweet and warm hearted people. Michelle's son's friend, Gary, lives there and is a blessing to her because he is handy. I will be honest here and say the home itself needed several improvements and is dated BUT, the area you stay in, which is HUGE, was more up to date than the rest of the house, but perfect for us. It was clean and comfortable and had vintage charm and we slept great. When going to Disneyland, all we really need is a bed and a shower. Although, there was more to offer, we really didn't have time for it.
I was actually fascinated with the house as I could picture it back in the day as having all the newest upgrades in its time back then. You knew that whoever had lived here back then was really into having the best of the best. I have never seen a home like this and I am into architecture so I saw beyond the older things that need replacing.
You cannot beat the LOCATION. I was so close. 3 turns and your right on the road that drives straight into the parking lot. When I come back again, I will stay here. Thx Michelle and family. A great experience for us.
Great space with comfortable beds and plenty of room. Great location if your heading into the Disney Theme Parks too! Michelle was accommodating and flexible and I would recommend staying at her house to anyone!
Michelle, She is a sweet, caring and fun host. I visited her place for 3 nights with my friends and we all loved it very much. The place was located in quiet neighbors and close to Disneyland and shopping plaza. The room was big enough for three people and bathroom was clean. The pool was heated and you can go in there at any time. She has two dogs and both of them were sweet and very good dogies.
Michelle was talkative and knows how to welcome people and make them feel at home. I would love to stay there again for visiting her and Disney parks.
Michelle was great! Very welcoming and accomodating. She was an exceptional host and I know if we go past LA again we will look her up!
Good place to stay to visit Disneyland. It's close. Very calm neighborhood and Michelle is lovely
Michelle's rent is professional, She arranged several rooms for rent.
I went there and didn't see her, but her friend Gery helped us.
I went with 3 adults and 2 kids. I tried to use two queen beds in one room with a room price. But Michelle refused, so I paid for the 5 people price 100+/night. That's the business.
All the time Michelle is nice for discussion.
The one bed is very soft, too soft to hold people.
She notified me that the bathroom will be shared with another friend (another customer).
The parking is free, location near wal-mart.
Anyway, Michelle's room is good for a tourism to Disneyland if you are just 1 or 2. Although I should have choose an independent room.
Martin originally requested a room for 3. The day before check-in he changed to 5 guests. I had my large room reserved for a disabled person with oxygen which was closer to the main entrance. We provided Martin with a Queen sized bed, full size pull out & a twin bed. Being that 2 of the guests were under 10, this was more than adequate. The room is 130+ sq ft. I was at work and Gary helped him in. I emailed Martin 1 day prior to find his preference in bed size. I asked him to choose and he never replied. Upon arrival he had Gary take out the full size pull out and replace with a twin size bed. So essentially, he had 2 queen size beds.
I feel had their been an honest guest count from the first inquiry, I would have been better suited to accommodate Martin & his family.
I'm sorry Martin if you were unhappy with the accommodations. I did the best I could given the lack of correct information provided to me, by you.
I had a quick over-night stay a Michelle's place when I was visiting friend around that area. She was very friendly and warm. The room is big with 3 beds. This place is recommended for a family to stay.
Michelle made me feel very welcome in her home and the room was quiet and warm with the option of a space heater so I could adjust to any comfort level. She was always available by text if I had questions about the area. Comfortable walking distance to the Disneyland shuttle!
