Nice B&B with clean and quite rooms. Good breakfest and friendly people. Thank you Brian for the good hospitality.
We had a good stay at the Old Anchor B&B! Brian was flexible to accommodate our later arrival. Room was clean and spacious and internet was very reliable. Breakfast was served hot and fresh and was very tasty! Although we didn't get to use it, there was a lounge available which had quite an impressive collection of DVD's guests could watch on a large flatscreen TV.
The only improvement we would suggest would be to clearly list the fee for laundry. We do not recall seeing any laundry fees listed on the Airbnb posting nor in the room and were surprised to learn of a 10 euro fee at checkout.
Overall, would recommend this B&B and had an enjoyable stay!
We had a very nice stay in a lovely room, our hosts were very nice, thank you !
The Old Anchor Inn is a professional B&B, a little different from the average Airbnb, a step closer to a small hotel. There are more other guests, you have your own room and private bathroom and you eat in a little restaurant downstairs. You can choose hearty, delicious breakfast options and the time you would like eat that breakfast. You can order additional food in the restaurant, for example dinner or take-away. The restaurant is veggie-friendly!
Now, let's talk about those pizzas: we hurried back to the B&B from a Slea Head exploration to make it in time for dinner, we had gotten so very curious about those pizzas you see, we just had to try. It's true, they're great, so worth it! And dessert was very scrumptious!
The Inn is located in the middle of the village and easy to reach, there's plenty of room to park. There are also picnic tables closeby if you wish to eat outside. It's a nice place!
Beata is charming and very active. You can tell she works really hard to make everything go smoothly and make sure the guests are happy!

About the Host, Brian & Beata
Hello we are Brian & Beata and we run the Old Anchor B&B in Annascaul village on the Dingle Peninsula. We're coming into our 5th year of running our own business and love what we do.
Annascaul is a sleepy little village with no less than 5 pubs including the South Pole Inn owned by Antarctic Explored Tom Crean. Annascaul is the perfect place to base yourself while visiting the Dingle peninsula or just to come and get away from it all and do nothing. Our kitchen is open to our guests in the winter, as most of the restaurants close for the season. Our dining area can also be used.
We can off great rates for longer stays and large groups. Just ask about in your message.
We look forward to welcoming you to the Old Anchor Inn,in Annascaul!!
