This hotel-style condo is nestled directly on mountain in Sugarloaf's West Village, perched above the soon to-be Brickyard Hollow Pizza. This condo comfortably sleeps 2 guests with direct access to the SuperQuad lift, unbeatable mountain views, and easy access to Sugarloafs vibrant village (don't miss a burger from the Bag & Kettle!) This Condo offers everything you need for a memorable mountain getaway.

The space
Nestled in the heart of Sugarloaf's West Village, this hotel style condo is perfect for couples seeking a convenient and cozy mountain retreat. Perched directly on the mountain above the soon-to-be Brickyard Hollow Pizza, you'll be just steps from all the action. Enjoy the ultimate convenience of parking your car in Lot D and exploring the mountain entirely on foot right from our Condos front steps.

Inside this condo you'll find a cozy queen size bed for a restful night's sleep, a comfortable couch and a coffee table that converts into a small dining area. Our kitchenette essentials are, a coffee pot, microwave, mini fridge, and toaster oven for quick meals and snacks.

The primary bathroom is located when you first walk into our Condo. Our full bathroom with a stand up shower, offers all the basic amenities like towels, hand towels and face cloths.

Our entryway with wall hangers for skis and gear, which can be closed off from the living space for convenience.

This condo also has a large bench window with seating and breathtaking mountain views, plus a pull-down privacy blinds for customizable lighting. Our cozy living area centered around the couch with live streaming TV capabilities and a selection of board games for relaxed evenings in. Some additional features are: stepping outside to a large shared deck with stunning views of Sugarloaf Mountain- a perfect spot for soaking up sunny days or enjoying apres-ski moments.

You may use all of the Condo. Outside deck is a shared space with other neighbor condo owners.

You have two options for parking:

#1- You can unload and park at 60 minute parking near the Sugarloaf hotel. Once you've unloaded, you MUST move your car to Lot D or further depending on availability of parking.

#2- Park in Lot D, E or F and take a Sugarloaf shuttle to the base lodge (during shuttle hours) and walk from there. Once you park, you wont have to get your car again until you head home or want to explore off mountain.

Other things to note
All consumables such as paper towels, toilet paper, hand soaps, etc. are provided. The kitchenette is also well stocked with basics.

**This property is right above a a full service bar & restaurant.

*No Wifi at this property—great cell service for your personal hot spot (if applicable to your carriers plan)
