Must be crate trained and confined when unattended
- All pet waste must be collected in provided bags, sealed, and disposed of in proper trash receptacles
📝 RESERVATION REQUIREMENTS
To finalize your booking and ensure the understanding of the house rules for both safety and enjoyment of all guests, the following are required:
Completed and signed rental agreement
Valid government-issued identification
- Point of Contact form
- Security Deposit: $500 authorization hold (automatically released a few days post-checkout if no issues)

🅿️ Do you have boat parking?
- We could probably park something 20 feet or shorter, but it might be difficult with anything a bit bigger. There are multiple boat launches within a mile of the house for other options.
🎣 Is fishing allowed in the lagoon beside the house?
- Yes, fishing is available in the little lagoon
🔢 Is there an age limit in booking the property?
-Yes, the primary renter must be 25+ years old
💰 Is the security deposit included in the total price?
- The security deposit is not included in the price. It's a hold that is taken 48 hours before your arrival.
🛶 Are there places close nearby for kayak rentals/fishing equipment?
- You can rent from Ike's Beach Rentals, just a couple of miles away from our house.
📝 How does the check-in process work on this?
- We'll be sending over the check-in details two days before you arrive. No need for a front desk or check-in staff—just use the code we'll send you.
🏠 Is your bungalow in "Orange Beach" or "Gulf Shores"?
- We are located just west of Gulf Shores Parkway, just off Beach Blvd. It’s considered Gulf Shores. Orange Beach is a few miles east of us, they’re neighboring beach towns.
🌊Do you provide beach necessities (i.e. chairs, toys, wagons) for children?
- We have all the beach necessities you’ll need! Cart, toys, chairs, pool toys, etc.
📍How far away is the beach access?
- We’re on West 7th St, the public beach access is on West 6th St, we’re a block away. Very walkable!
🔇 Is it ever loud at night?
- No, not at all. There are quiet hours after 10 PM or 11 PM on weekends.
