The space

Charming renovated one-bedroom on the third floor of a brownstone in Boerum Hill, Brooklyn. It has a small fully stocked kitchen with a microwave, and bathroom with a full bathtub. The bed is full-size. The dining room table seats 2-4.

The apartment is on a tree-lined street, around the corner from an amazing gourmet supermarket and the cute shops and eateries of Atlantic Ave. It's peaceful here and minutes away from lots of other fun Brooklyn neighborhoods - Cobble Hill, Carroll Gardens, Prospect Heights, Gowanus, Park Slope, Fort Greene, Clinton Hill.

All major subway lines are within walking distance - and on some of them, it's only one stop into Manhattan. It's located right near the G train, which will take you into North Brooklyn (Greenpoint and Williamsburg). It's hard to find an apartment in Brooklyn so well-connected to so many neighborhoods!

I've taken a lot of care in making my place cozy and stylish. My friends love hanging out here, and I think you will too.

Amazing location, the neighborhood is one of my favorite areas in Brooklyn, and close to Cobble Hill, Brooklyn Heights, the waterfront, etc, and a short CitiBike from Prospect Park, Dumbo or the Brooklyn Bridge. And, Anna the host was cheerful and professional and made getting in to the apartment very easy. So, over all just a very nice stay.

Great experience! Beautiful one bedroom, well decorated and in one of the best neighborhoods in Brooklyn. The owner made everything run very smooth. Highly recommend!!

I'm a rare breed: A native New Yorker. I grew up in the West Village and Soho, now I live in Brooklyn. I love food, design, indie movies, and travel.
