The house is let whilst the owner works away; his bedroom is not included in the listing hence the 2 guest/ 1 bedroom availability.

The house has been fully renovated to provide:

- South facing private courtyard/ suntrap with a table, chairs & parasol for outside dining if required.

- There are no child/ baby related safety measures eg baby gates/ child locks at the house

-No EV charging at the house but there are charging points 5/ 10 minutes walk away in the town centre

- No E-Bike charging due to fire risk.

- There is a doorbell camera on the front door as this is a home when not let out.

The property is owned by my son who is stationed away from home in the Armed Forces - his room is not included in the stay.
