For owner storage, a few closets/storage areas will be locked and are not accessible to guests.

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. If you need a special arrangement for arrival or departure, send us a message in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate whenever possible.

This home is located in a peaceful residential area of Olympic Valley and is designed for relaxing getaways. To help preserve the calm atmosphere for everyone, quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM–8:00 AM.
No Parties or Events 🚫
To maintain a comfortable experience for all guests and neighbors, parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted.
No Smoking 🚭
Smoking of any kind—including cigarettes, cigars, and vaping—is not permitted inside the home. Please use designated outdoor areas only. A $500 additional cleaning fee may apply for indoor smoking.
Seasonal Conditions & Snow Removal ❄️
Mountain weather changes throughout the year and winter conditions can arrive quickly. Snow removal and seasonal property maintenance are performed regularly to help maintain comfortable access during your stay.

Being surrounded by nature is part of the Olympic Valley experience. While we take preventative measures to keep the home comfortable, occasional bugs may appear due to the mountain environment.
