An amazing space in the heart of Wicker Park/Ukrainian Village,Chicago ....Perfect hub for a vacation spot or the business traveler who doesn't want to stay at a stuffy hotel!!! six very close blocks to public transportation(both the Damen and Division st Blue Line stops),great restaurants, bars, clubs, galleries, live music venues etc...conveniently located in the center of this lovely neighborhood yet still on a super quiet, safe and BEAUTIFUL street! really,it's crazy pretty!

This room is private and serene for sleeping with a small closet to use for your stay.the main space offers wifi, cable tv and and pretty spectacular reading room. there is a second living room and full dining room in the main space for you to make yourself comfortable in. a full old school-ish kitchen are at your disposal if you desire to cook..this is one of three rooms that i rent.
i have lived in the area for 20 years and more than welcome to help guide you in your experience here or,leave you to discover on your own!

Guest Access

my home is your home, during your stay!!

Interaction with Guests

I live here but keep to myself...a quiet and friendly introvert, for sure!sometimes i will bake and have bread/muffins/or sweet treats for guests.ALWAYS have coffee or tea on hand for you. happy to guide you to all that Chicago has to offer during your stay or to leave you be and discover on your own.
Being a shared space, you will also have the potential to interact with other guests if you choose to do so.

The Neighborhood

my home is located on a gorgeous historic street in the Ukrainian village/wicker park neighborhood...this diverse and bustling neighborhood has so much to offer on it's own but is conveniently located just minutes from the downtown area.

Getting Around

the house is located approximately 6 short blocks to both the Damen & Division Blue Line stops.public transportation here is very efficient, fast and runs 24hrs. also, taxis/ uber are not very pricey if you chose that option.

Other Things to Note

I have two adorable, sweet and social kittens, Sam & Mila.
I keep the rooms are pet free to accommodate my guests who are allergic but they are free to roam around the main space freely.
