Given the historic nature of the home there is no central AC. Air flow can be challenging. There are window units and fans in each bedroom in the summer months.

Please be mindful of the local noise ordinance, which begins at 10 PM. We kindly ask that guests keep noise levels low after this time to respect our neighbors. Additionally, large gatherings or events are not permitted unless specifically arranged with us in advance. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
