Maya est une hôte très aimable et la semaine a été très agréable dans son appartement tranquille et bien organisé .
Maya is a patient and wonderful host. I enjoyed staying at her place which was perfectly located (walking distance from Jean-Talon subway/market and other shops, easy access to Downtown Montreal, calm/in a residential area, etc). Her apartment is cozy and elegantly decorated. I'll come back for sure. Highly recommended place!
I had a great experience staying at Maya's apartment in Montreal. Her place is very clean and comfortable. It is located in a great part of the city with close proximity to Metro trains, buses, and the Jean Talon produce market where I shopped for fresh fruits every morning after jogging in the Park Jerry, that was just a few blocks away. The best part of my stay was Maya's personality. She is super friendly, genuinely helpful, very kind and soft-spoken. She was an awesome host who made me feel very much at home from the moment I showed up at her door step. When visiting Montreal in the future, I will definitely try to stay at Maya's apartment.
Maya was a great host and her apartment is adorable! She greeted us when we arrived at her apartment and recommended a great bar about a 20 minute walk away. The neighborhood is great as well. Right around the corner there is a great coffee shop, and about 10 minutes walk away is the beautiful Jean Talon Market. We loved Montreal and we would definitely stay with Maya if we ever return to Montreal!
Maya was a lovely host- her place is beautiful and she was warm and friendly throughout my stay. Definitely recommend!
Maya's room was the perfect place for my boyfriend and I to sleep while running around Montreal. It's located a block from the train and the train will take you anywhere and most everywhere. We also rented bikes and the neighborhood is full of diversity, good food(especially phó) and of course the beautiful Jean Talon market. Maya provides everything you could ask for and is very welcoming. None of us were really around much at the same time but if we were it was nice to chat. 100% recommend.
Maya was a wonderful host and communicator. She's such a sweet heart and will make you feel at home. She helped us to get around and what to see in the area. Her place was super cute, clean and tidy. The location was amazing - walking distance to the metro and local cafes and super markets. We will definitely come back again xoxo

About the Host, Maya
I live in between a few cities - Montreal, London, currently most often in Dusseldorf.
I'm curious, chatty but independent. I love to drone on and on about the cities I know. If you stay with me, and tell me a bit about your interests (music, activities, food, scenery) I'll try to create you a map of places and sights I suspect you might like.
Convivial spot to take some very nice coffee. It's open early 6AM til nighttime. Vito himself is a bit of a legend around here..
This is one of North America's largest open-air food markets. Fruit, vegetables, plants, amazing food stalls. Check out the shop Le Marché des Saveurs specialising in locally produced cheeses, wines.
Local branch of wine shop
Wonderful, memorable Armenian/Syrian food, & a really lively spot.
Smooth coffee, really friendly and nicely designed space, wifi.
Really nice artisanale bakery for morning croissants, and loaves of fresh bread.
Delightful, extensive supermarket in Little Italy.
Small, pleasant, really nicely designed local Yoga studio with some restorative, some vinyasa classes and some classes in the park in summer.
Because it's an honest spot to take a beer and it's got a charmingly bizarre little bowling alley.
This bar has been around for decades, far before this neighbourhood got hip. You won't miss its massive vintage neon sign. It's a fun and hopping (if a bit loud) neighbourhood drinking spot.
A not for profit gallery featuring local, interdisciplinary, contemporary art.
Creative and pretty wonderful tapas bar. It's fairly popular so good idea to reserve beforehand.
From spring to autumn you can hire a bike here, have a picnic around the pond and enjoy a winter walk during the rest of the year.
