Guest access
When you arrive, you’ll have easy and flexible access to the home. Park in the two dedicated spots labeled 3226 and enter through the back door, or if you’re using a rideshare service, access via the front door on Charlotte Ave. You’ll receive a personalized door code for keyless entry, making check-in a breeze. Whether you’re heading out to explore or coming back to relax, access is quick, convenient, and secure.

Other things to note
Bring your furry friends along! We’re a pet-friendly retreat, and we welcome up to two pets for a fee of $100 per pet. With plenty of nearby parks and walkable areas, your four-legged companions will love exploring Nashville as much as you do! Please let us know in advance if you’re bringing pets so we can prepare accordingly.

Booking Waiver: There is a waiver of terms to sign prior to the stay. You are welcome to request the waiver terms prior to booking if interested.

There is a $500 fine for not replacing the TV cover when not in use.
