Beautiful modern home in Traphill, NC, with huge deck with amazing views of Stone Mountain State Park, across Yadkin Valley, and views of Pilot Mountain and Hanging Rock in the distance. Single story with ample parking and easy access in and out of the home. Multiple seating areas inside and out, outdoor kitchen space, stocked gourmet kitchen. Indoor and outdoor fireplaces and firepit. 6-person hot tub on deck. Fast fiber internet, good cell phone service. Smoke free property. Pet deposit.

The space
Home was custom-built in 2020 with top of the line amenities throughout, and was designed for comfort, easy access, and relaxation.

Single story with ample parking and easy access in and out of the home. Very large deck with multiple seating areas and outdoor kitchen space (propane and blackstone grill), stocked gourmet kitchen. Indoor and outdoor propane fireplaces, plus an outdoor fire ring for campfires and stories under the starlight.

For those doing remote work - fast fiber internet, good cell phone service.

Abundant wildlife viewing. Deer in abundance, and birds soaring in the thermals over the bluffs at eye level.

Multiple TVs, ping pong table in garage, dartboard, cornhole boards on deck, and board games for your enjoyment.

There are abundant outdoor activities nearby, including hiking at Stone Mtn. State Park, golf at multiple nearby courses, trout fishing on the East Prong of the Roaring Fork, Vineyards in the Yadkin Valley, and great local towns like Sparta, Wilkesboro, Elkin, and Mount Airy to explore.

Lockbox on front porch will provide key to front door entry, and keypad code through garage will be provided.

Garage entry has zero steps or thresholds for easy access. Front door has a few steps, and a handrail for use.
