Interaction with Guests
I like to interact with my guests to try to make them feel at home.
Say it's the most beautiful area of Rome is not an exaggeration: silent and full of green areas, situated on a hill, l'Aventino; one of the famous seven hills of Rome. Within walking distance of all of Rome's busiest districts. Just a piece of heaven.
What's Nearby? Near the cottage you can find the wonders of Rome, just two steps away is the park Degli Aranci from where you have a breathtaking view of Rome from above (a unique and unforgettable), next you can go to admire the famous lock of the gate of Cavalieri di Malta the majestic Vatican (are the gardens where they filmed scenes for the film "the Great beauty"), down from the hill you get from one side to Testaccio, known as a popular neighborhood of Rome is very busy day and night, and on the other side of the hill you will arrive at the Circo Massimo and the Colosseo not to mention the famous Terme di Caracalla. The surroundings are, in a nutshell Rome, the Rome that "counts";)
I prefer that you do not smoke inside the house.
The kindness and good manners are very welcome ;)
Dafür ist aber die Lage perfekt! > zwischen Zentrum, Ostiense und Trastevere. (Der Schlüssellochblick liegt nur 7 Minuten "hinterm Haus" am Aventin)
We rented the cottage for 5 days. We were recieved by a very friendly and plesant owner, who told us about the housings facilities. We arrived at 7.30 pm and since we would not be able to shop for groceries, the owner had bought some breakfast for us and left it in the refrigerator – what a nice gesture.
The housing is very cosy arranged. It has one room and a well functioning bathroom, where there was always hot water. The sitting room is a very light room. It is arranged with a kitchen and dining area, and an area with a small sofa and a comfortable double bed. The cottage also has a very nice terrace.
The cottage is very inviting and well functioning and it is a good place for a couple (and perhaps a couple with one child). The cottage has a big staircase with 12-14 steps down from the cottage to street level. This makes it not suitable for people with difficulties walking.
The cottage is close to many of the historical attractions, in a beautiful and calm street, close to a main street. It is easy to get access to public transportation and taxies.
Diletta was awesome! She met us at the cottage and walked us through the house to make sure we knew where everything was and she always responded promptly to any questions we may have had. She also suggested a great place to eat. Her cottage is centrally located to the Colosseum, restaurants, markets and metro. The Colosseum and the Forum is about a 10 minute walk. Her cottage also has a cute patio that is great for lounging after touring all day. I would highly recommend this cottage.

About the Host, Diletta
