Newly built (2022) 3-level cabin offers the perfect retreat for your Smoky Mountain adventures! With a modern rustic interior and 2100 sq/ft of space, it’s ideal for small families, large families, or groups of friends.
PARKING & ACCESSIBILITY
We have an angled pull-off driveway with space for up to 3 vehicles. Approximately 7 steps to front porch. Lock car doors - local black bears are known to open them!
MOUNTAIN ROAD & WINTER CONDITIONS
Paved road with some winding, moderately steep sections. 4-wheel drive and/or chains required in winter due to snow and ice. No refunds for weather or road conditions. Travel insurance strongly recommended.
MOUNTAIN WILDLIFE
Nestled in the Smoky Mountains - you may encounter ladybugs (Asian lady beetles) seasonally. We treat and clean regularly.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
**Travel Insurance: Strict cancellation policy applies - travel insurance is strongly encouraged.
**Essentials Provided: We supply a starter pack of paper products, shampoo, conditioner, and soaps for your first night. You’ll need to bring additional supplies for the rest of your stay.
**Water: The cabin uses city water, but we recommend bringing bottled water for your stay.
**Age Requirement: The person booking must be 25 or older and present for the entire stay.
**Early Check-in/Check-out: We may accommodate early check-in or late check-out for an additional $20/hour, subject to cleaning schedule.

PLEASE NOTE:
This is a quiet neighborhood, and quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 PM to 7 AM.
Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Absolutely NO parties are permitted.

Our base nightly rate shown on Google or other platforms reflects the lowest seasonal price and may vary based on dates, demand, and length of stay. Final pricing is always shown before you complete your booking.
Your reservation includes accommodations for up to 4 guests. Additional guests beyond 4 are charged a per-person fee, similar to hotel pricing.
To ensure accurate pricing, please confirm that your total guest count and dates are correct before completing your reservation. Reservations cancelled due to incorrect guest counts or overlooked pricing adjustments are subject to the standard cancellation policy.
Please note that credit card processing fees are non-refundable, as these fees are charged at the time of booking and are not returned in the event of a cancellation.
