Great location. Beautiful grounds. Anna was very informative with recommendations of things to do and the best restaurants. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Great location! Anna was very resourceful and accommodating. Great communication.
Thanks Anna for making our trip to Kauai great! The accommodation was as described and shown in the pictures. Everything was very clean and supplied with all the amenities needed to make it our home away from home.
The area is perfect. We were in walking distance to two shopping malls, and two beaches great for kids and shallow snorkelling- Poipu and Baby Beach, as well as the best sunset viewing on the island.
Koloa town is really cute too - great ice cream, a nut factory store and a very convenient Big Save market to get all your groceries. Thanks again Anna!
Anna was a wonderful hostess and my stay at Waikomo could not have been more perfect or more seamless. The keys were given to me right when I arrived on the airport and I was able to get in as soon as my rental car drove drove down the tree tunnel into Poipu. The unit was spotlessly clean, well stocked with everything and very big; I was quite surprised by how spacious it was when I arrived. Anna is a super sweet, helpful and informative hostess, with quick responses to my questions and wonderful local suggestions of places to go and do to improve my experience on Kauai. Overall absolutely perfect, comfortable and I miss Kauai already. I will definitely stay with Anna again in the future in a heartbeat! Thank you so much!
A very comfortable experience. The setting of the apt is such, one could spend a bit of time just wandering the gardens. The location is good; just a short ways down the road is the delightful and funky town of Hana pepe (with a great bookstore).
Our stay in Anna's apartment was fantastic. While the apartment is very simple it has plenty of space (we were 2 people) and we were impressed with the cleanliness and the great location. The bathroom and kitchen did indeed look new and there was plenty of kitchen equipment provided. One, very minor, thing to keep in mind is that the pantry and refrigerator seem to be completely cleaned out between guests so there is't so much as salt & pepper - or maybe it just ran out right before we got there ;) Regardless, no major complaints and I would highly recommend the condo to anyone looking for an inexpensive base in Kauai in an amazing location.
Most times there is salt and pepper on hand - and sometimes another spice or two, depending on what guests may leave or i have stocked. however, it is true that we do not allow any food products to be left behind in the unit in between guests due to the risk of contamination.
We had a great stay at the waikomo stream villas. We found all necessary amenities we needed. The garden is amazing and you can use several BBQ. The appartment was very clean and we had a nice tropical breeze through the rooms. The kitchen is well equipped. You can reach the poipu beach park in just two min by car and there ar some nice shops and restaurants right across the street. Thanks to Anna

While I live in Las Vegas, my heart and soul are always in Hawai`i - especially the island of Kaua`i. Without a doubt it is the most beautiful island in the world. For such a small island, it has so many micro-climates, fron Mt. Waialeale which gets over 400 inches of rain each year to Kekaha - only about 8 miles away the way the tropic bird flies, which is a desert, almost like Las Vegas, where they only get about 4 inches of rain. There is no place I feel more centered. Whether enjoying the monk seals and honu (turtles) at Poipu Beach, or heading up in the morning to Hanalei Bay where you may see 7 waterfalls. But just wait until the rain clouds come over the mountains, look up - and magically, there are now 30 waterfalls visible. What a truly magical place this island is. If you love outdoor activities the way I do, whether snorkeling or hiking, sightseeing or just chilling, Kaua`i has it all. And who can resist all the fresh fish (definitely check out the local fish markets - Koloa fish market has an amazing sesame encrusted seared ahi - and other fresh fish as well as plate lunches - beware cash only here) and the farmers' markets - you really don't need to go out to eat. If you do, the restaurants are amazing - including merriman's, roy's, josselin's, keoki's paradise, and for a great happy hour check out kalipaki joe's. My favorite restaurant on the island is up on the Coconut Coast - Kintaro's is an institution on the island - please make reservations.
My husband, Greg and I have owned our condo for 8 years. We have recently remodeled the kitchen and bathroom - and the unit is fully stocked with all the kitchen items you could need - as well as all linens including beach towels.
There are many festivals on the island, as well as entertainment at many of the island's hotels. We frequently enjoy seeing Darryl Gonzalez at the Kaua`i Beach Hotel on Friday nights. Also on Friday nights, there is free entertainment at the Kukui Grove Shopping Center in Lihue,
Obviously, I could talk story about Kaua`i all day long. But the best thing about this incredible island is the people who live there - who truly live aloha. Please come and experience this beautiful place for yourself. One trip will never be enough!!
