Located in downtown Historic Georgetown, Kentucky just steps away from main street. This studio is 380 Square feet, has been recently renovated and has all new amenities. The studio offers a historic cozy and comfortable stay with a modern design. As a studio apartment, it has everything you and a guest need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable, including a queen-size bed. Every inch is utilized for optimal space, storage, and organization.

The space
The Fort is in the front left unit of the building. Built in the 1820's, the space has the original exterior log construction walls. The apartment has a dedicated mini split unit that both heats and cools the space along with an additional mounted space heater for cold nights. The queen-size bed and oversized rockers make it a cozy, comfortable stay. PLEASE NOTE; shower is phone booth-sized, one person shower.

Guest access
One access point at the front door that incorporates stairs with a handrail. Front entrance will require code at check in and expire at 12pm day of checkout. Same code used for access to the unit door inside main entrance.

Other things to note
The front door to The Fort shares a breeze way entrance with our 2nd studio apartment "The Hide-Away." A unique option when traveling with another group or party, The Hide-Away can be rented (when available) allowing for the breeze way to act as a hallway between both units. This offers both parties privacy while allowing for shared company.

Interior has been completely renovated, and exterior will be getting a face-lift coming soon. For now the pink exterior is easy to find when locating the house.
