About This Listing
This is a two-bedroom apartment at street level, cofortable, no stairs. It has two bedrooms and three twin beds in total. Private bathroom, Wireless Internet and maid service once a week. Nicely decorated. Due to the fact that it is at street level, it is never too hot, nor too cold. The street has very little trafic.
L' appartement d' Eugenio est idéalement situé pour découvrir le centre historique de Morelia. Je le recommande plutôt qu'aller à l'hôtel.
We didn't meet Eugenio but met his friends Jesus and his sister Miriam who gave us a good orientation to the apartment and the neighbourhood. The apartment is in a good quiet location in the historic centre of Morelia. We really enjoyed the location and the apartment was clean and suited our needs well. It had hot running water and a small kitchen with a stove and fridge.
Great host, great central location, quiet, clean, nice folks. I moved from a hotel (the hotel was noisy - most of the hotels in Morelia are - they can't help it) to the apartment and was SO glad I did. Eugenio was unavailable so Jesús took care of everything. The internet works great. There's nothing negative to say. It's all positive. An excellent airbnb experience! Morelia is fabulous. THANKS!!!
Communication was easy, location was wonderful. It's was a great experience. The apartment was spacious clean and comfortable. I would stay again.
The apartment was in a great location near downtown. Also, the roof is a great place to hang out in the evening overlooking much of the city. We enjoyed our time there!
Very cute place with everything you need. Jesus, the friend of Eugenio met us with all the information we needed as well as extra advice about Morelia and where to celebrate Day of the Dead. Great terrace on top, very neat apartment, very close to everything in Morelia! Would definitely recommend :)

About the Host, Eugenio
I grew up in Morelia, but life took me to study in North America and Europe. I did my University and post graduate studies in Switzerland, where I lived for ten years. I learned about hospitality and how to introduce others to my city and culture. Additionally, I always wanted to have a property within Old Colonial Morelia, my youth's hometown. Ever since I have enjoyed both traveling and sharing my vacation apartment with foreigners. Morelia is a well kept secret that retains the beauty and flavour of transplanted Spanish towns. I hope you'll enjoy all that Morelia has to offer. You'll want to keep coming back! Eugene Cortes, Morelia, Mexico.
