The open floor plan of the condo allows guests to view the waterway from the living and dining areas, as well as, the kitchen. In the kitchen there is a flat cooktop and a pass- through counter that can double as a breakfast nook, complete with barstools. The warm décor of the unit is a perfect place to get away from the everyday hustle and bustle.
A welcome letter will be provided a week prior with all the information needed to access the unit.
The neighborhood is friendly, quiet, and feels like you are worlds away, but you are in the middle of all the action! Walk 1/2 m south to the world-famous Don CeSar Resort, where DiMaggio and Monroe once strolled and it is rumored Mick Jagger wrote "Sympathy for the Devil." A 1/2 mile north the Dolphin Village Shopping Center has a Publix, CVS Pharmacy and many other one-of-kind shops and boutiques.
The local transit authority has a trolley that takes you from the southern end of PassAGrille to North Clearwater Beach & downtown St. Pete. Also, Island Ferry Boat Tours provides a ferry service to bring you to downtown St. Pete from the beaches for $25 round trip! This new service coordinates their schedule with Free Beach Rides, which is very popular with the locals, to make your sightseeing outing a breeze!

Sun Harbor 101 - Downtown St. Pete boasts the Dali Museum, the only permanent Dale Chilhuly exhibit, Museums of & Fine Arts, the historic Vinoy Renaissance Hotel, and world class restaurants. Also, it is home to the Tampa Bay Rays baseball team and Rowdies soccer team. The Mahaffey Theatre was used for auditions for TV's "America's Got Talent," and is host to traveling Broadway theatre companies. St. Pete Beach and surrounding areas have been used as "shooting locations" for the movies "Cocoon," "Summer Rental," and "Spring Breakers." Also, located in the Tradewinds Island Grand Resort is an art gallery featuring the works of the Guy Harvey, marine wildlife artist and conservationist. His depictions of sealife, especially of sportfish such as marlin, are very popular with sport fishermen and have been reproduced in prints. The sunsets are nothing short of spectacular; thus giving St. Pete. Beach the designation of "sunset capital."
