Sandy or rocky beach is also very near. Enjoy the breathtaking sea views whilst walking the St. Julians to Sliema promenade, also just minutes away from the apartment.

This is a holiday apartment & since most people do not like cooking whilst on holiday we provide a basic kitchenette equipped with refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle and other basic kitchen items. Living area with balcony enjoying views of St. Julians Bay and communal pool. Flat screen TV with basic satellite channels. Lounge includes sofa bed. Apartment is very bright and airy. Use of communal pool.

Bookings of 7 nights include free maid service every 4 (website hidden) and linen change is available on request at an extra cost.
Save the environment ..Guests are given electricity (6 units daily) and water allowance (1 cubic meter daily) which will be monitored on arrival and departure. If usage exceeds allowance guests will be charged for the extra units. The charge will be paid on departure or deducted from refundable security deposit which will be held on arrival.
Guests are expected to leave the apartment clean and tidy as found on arrival. Loud noise is forbidden after 11 pm. Security cash deposit will be taken on arrival and refunded if guests abide by apartment conditions.
Nice apartment, near to bus station. In the kitchen is no stove for cooking.

Unfortunately we didn't get to meet Stephie on arrival, but her dad was there to hand in the keys. The apartment was ok, as seen on the pictures. It's located in an apartmentblock where a lot of students from the language school stay as well. No problem for us, but if your looking for somewhere quiet this may be not what you're looking for. Perfect location, nearby almost everything.
La description de l'annonce est conforme à ce que nous avons trouvé. Un appartement spacieux et confortable pour 2 personnes. Il est parfaitement situé à deux pas des bus, restaurants, supermarché… Nous étions également à 4 minutes à pied de l'école de langues EC où nous avons pris des cours d'anglais pendant 2 semaines. La piscine commune est agréable.
Nous avons seulement eu quelques nuits difficiles à cause de nombreux jeunes qui occupaient des appartements dans la même résidence et qui visiblement étaient là pour faire la fête toute la nuit !!! Ce genre de soucis ne doit se produire que pendant l'été.
Globalement une excellente adresse, propre et agréable.
The apartment is very well located in the center of St. Julian's. Several bus stations are located near the apartment, also restaurants, shops and a walking distance from the district of Paceville.
The swimming pool is a real value added.
The flat is very well organised. It had all we needed. Wifi was good.
We didn't have the chance to meet Stephie but she was answering quickly to all our questions.
A very nice stay in this flat. We hope to spend again some days there soon.
