Located in a small co-op of 15 units at the north end of the Prom on the beach, my Seaside Condo features a full kitchen w/breakfast bar, a fireplace, e-center, dining table, great beds- and all with fabulous ocean views from both of the picture windows! Please note that pet fees must be paid through AirBnB prior to arrival.Key Lockbox code access will be provided 3 days advance of your stay.

The space
Quiet, clean and comfortable- just steps away from Seaside's famous beach and the Necanicum Estuary. The kitchen is fully stocked with all needed pots & pans, dishes, glasses, etc. (even a blender!) Linens, toiletries, coffee, teas, spices, water, etc are all provided free of charge. There is a new HD Smart TV & blu-ray player, along with a large library of DVDs, CD, and games for your use. The WiFi is free and high speed. The unit also features a corner fireplace as well as a dining table & chairs for 4 where you can dine while watching the waves! Both the Queen mattress and Sofa Sleeper are new high quality items. There is a large infrared BBQ onsite (covered) for our Guests use, as well as outdoor seating. My unit is Pet Friendly- pets must be declared in advance and pet fees paid prior to check in. Fees are $20 for one pet the 1st night, $30 for 2 pets- additional nights are $10/$15 respectively.

Retired couple love the beach!- though I recently lost my husband of 57 years after his courageous battle with cancer, I plan on keeping this property in the family for many years to come- as Chuck would have wanted.
