About this listing
This beautiful condo in North Lake Tahoe has been newly remodeled and awaits you. We're located minutes from the characteristic downtown and popular beach community of Kings Beach and less than 10 minutes drive to Northstar resorts. The condo has 2 large bedrooms with comfortable new queen size beds, a small "box room" with a bunk bed suitable for small kids or short stays, and an open loft area with a full-over-twin bunk bed, TV and Playstation 3 (kids love this room). The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need to enjoy a wonderful meal at the large banquet table, or you can grill something up and eat on the deck. Afterwards, cozy up to the fire and enjoy the wonderful ambiance of Lake Tahoe.
Summer time provides hiking, biking, private tennis courts, community pool, sauna and work out room all just a few steps from the front door.
Kings Beach has plenty of restaurants and unique little shops. The TART Bus stops nearby the complex on Hwy-267. You can find a bus schedule posted outside the HOA office directly across the street.
Note: There is a two day minimum stay for most weeks, which is programmed into the calendar. For holiday weekends (esp. Christmas/New Year and Ski Week (the week inclusive of Presidents Day) we give preference to longer stays and can't confirm a shorter booking more than 30 days in advance of those special weekends).
You've got the run of the house. Pool and sauna (across the street) are accessible in summer.

About the Host, Dave And Emma
We live in Mountain View in the Bay Area with our 4 kids. I work in IT as a business analyst. I've loved traveling since I was young and have lived in 6 countries. I've coached dozens of youth teams as my kids were trying out different sports, but they are all in for soccer now, and I mostly get to cheer from the sidelines. Emna is originally from England and grew up in Holland. She teaches life sciences at community college.
