Villa Ombak is a brand new 1-bedroom private villa with pool, located steps away from the beach of Seseh, Munggu and Cemagi. Offering a spacious open space with equipped kitchen, a private pool, a large bedroom with ensuite bathroom (boasting a bathtub), our villa is a perfect place to call home for solo travellers or couples exploring the area.
The space
When entering our private villa you'll be greated by the beautiful outdoors where the private swimming pool is located.
Stepping in, you'll find the living area and a fully equipped kitchen with a bar, perfect to cook (or have someone cook for you) any kind of meals and enjoy a bite. The kitchen itself overlooks the comfortable lounge area, upon onto the garden of the villa.
When heading to the second floor, you'll reach our spacious bedroom equipped with a king sized bed, a seating area, air conditioning, a dedicated working space, a smart TV and its very own ensuite bathroom with a bathtub.
Please note that there is construction nearby so you may hear noise during day time. Don't hesitate to contact me if you need more details!
Guest access
You will have exclusive and private access to the entire villa and its facilities. Our team provides daily cleaning six days a week, while pool and garden maintenance is done 2–3 times a week. If you prefer not to be disturbed on certain days, just let me or my onsite staff know in advance, and we’ll be happy to adjust the schedule to ensure your full privacy.

- CAN YOU PRE-FILL THE FRIDGE FOR ME BEFORE I ARRIVE?
Yes! We can make some groceries for you upon request. Just let me know in advance and we will send you the payment request to pay for the groceries via Airbnb along with the invoice for them (note that we charge a 10% service fee on the bill).
- DO YOU PROVIDE LAUNDRY SERVICES?
We can assist you into bringing your clothes to a nearby laundry. Avoid giving fragile clothes, and remember to check all items when brought back to you to make sure nothing is missing or damaged.
- SHOULD I EXPECT TO ENCOUNTER MOSQUITOES, INSECTS OR OTHER ANIMALS?
Bali being a tropical Island, mosquitoes & insects are everywhere. While we do organize fogging twice per month to limit as much as possible their number, we do advise guest to bring their own mosquito repellent, or use the ones provided at the villa if any. it is also common to spot other exotic animals (lizards, bats, ants etc), especially in gardens & open spaces. All of which are harmless, and part of local everyday life.
