This charming loft in the heart of downtown manhattan offers a unique living experience. It includes two cozy bedrooms, game room with a convertible sofa/king sized bed, well-equipped kitchen, living/dining room and two bathrooms. This sunny, spacious loft features an open-concept design with high ceilings, large windows, and modern urban decor. It also boasts a private balcony with a lovely city view, perfect for relaxing or enjoying a meal outdoors.

The space
Located on the third floor of a boutique building with just four units, it boasts an elevator that opens directly into the expansive living room, creating a dramatic first impression. The loft is flooded with natural light, thanks to large windows on all sides, providing stunning views of the neighborhood while ensuring the space feels airy and bright throughout the day.

The open-concept living area is designed for both relaxation and entertaining, with ample room for comfortable seating and an integrated dining space. A sleek, modern kitchen features high-end appliances and finishes, perfect for those who enjoy cooking and hosting guests.

The primary bedroom suite is spacious and features an en-suite bathroom with contemporary fixtures and a spa-like atmosphere. The second bedroom is equally well-sized and includes access to the second bathroom, which mirrors the modern, clean aesthetic of the first.

A standout feature of this loft is the fully enclosed, with 3 sides of sliding glass doors, pool table/sunroom. A dedicated space for recreation or casual gatherings. We have added a King-size pullout couch in the game room to create an additional backup sleeping space. Also I want to mention the access to this room is through the master bedroom. Other things to note
Nolita is one of the most vibrant neighborhood in the city. There are numerous award winning and unique restaurants, food shops, shopping, museums, cultural and entertainment activities, clubs, bars, and lounges. It’s a short walk to Soho, lower east side, Chinatown, Little Italy, east village. Subway access is easy to all other parts of the city including Brooklyn and queens. It is a bustling lively neighborhood and you have to be prepared for non stop street activity especially on weekends.
