The home features 2 cozy gas fireplaces, primary bedroom w/ king bed, upstairs bedroom w/ queen bed a trendle bed w/ 2 twins (In upstairs landing). There is a stocked kitchen, patio with a grill & seating and parking for 3 cars. This is the perfect jumping off point for all Flagstaff has to offer.

This spacious and comfortable 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhouse is centrally located, making it the perfect home base for exploring all that Flagstaff has to offer. Just minutes from downtown, trails, and local attractions, this home is easy to find and designed for relaxation. There is also a trendle bed in the upstairs landing with 2 twins.

Enjoy the warmth of gas fireplaces in both the living room and the master bedroom, creating a cozy ambiance for those cool mountain nights. The primary bedroom has its own private bath for added privacy and comfort, and there's plenty of room to unwind in the open, inviting living spaces. With air conditioning throughout, you'll stay comfortable no matter the season.

Convenience is a top priority here, with a private garage for secure parking and extra storage space. Whether you’re here to adventure outdoors or simply relax and recharge, this townhouse has all you need for a memorable stay.

There is room for 1 car in the garage and 2 cars in the driveway. NO street parking at any time - HOA is very strict about that.

Guest access
You will be given a unique code for your stay which will work on the front door electronic key pad. You will have access to one garage door opener that you can use during your stay - please remember to hang it up on the hook by the garage before leaving.

Other things to note
-This home has 2 "official" bedrooms and one landing area upstairs that can serve as a bedroom. It has a trendle bed with 2 twins as an option for sleeping. There is a room divider available for more privacy if needed/ wanted.
-There is room for 1 car in the garage and 2 cars in the driveway. NO street parking at any time - HOA is very strict about that.
-Board games are subject to change from ones in the photo.
-NO cable TV, smart TV only.
- No loud noise after 9pm.
-6 guest maximum.
