Interaction with guests
My wonderful mother, Patti, lives in the house and is there to help should you need anything. She loves people, so feel free to hang out with her in the kitchen. I am available by phone/text and have staff only a few minutes away should you need anything. We strive to give our guests their privacy while being available.
Other things to note
CHECK IN: You are welcome to arrive any time after 3pm. I will send check-in specifics to you thru the airbnb thread. Pls park in the back of the house (703 Howard St.) if space available or on the street (free of charge) and enter through our back door with the pineapple welcome sign.
Please come and go as you would like. We are very flexible except for our very strict "No Smoking" policy. We aren't "420 Friendly" either (nothing illegal whatsoever on the premises, please). Our guests are welcome to smoke outside on our deck by the kitchen. Please respect our house, and please carry your bags down the stairs instead of dragging them. Please feel free to call/text me at any time if you have any questions or needs. We hope your stay is delightful! Thank you!

Hi! Traveling, music, and the ocean are three things that are near and dear to my heart. I split my time between St. John in the U.S. Virgin Islands and Savannah. As a host, I use "the Golden Rule" and try to create an environment that I would want to be in as a guest. Cleanliness and comfort (i.e. nice towels and sheets) are always a priority. We are very flexible and do what we can to make each guest's stay as nice as possible and to make everyone feel at home. **Please note that since we have 19 units and allow guests to arrive any time (literally) after 3pm, you will likely show yourself in and may not meet us in person. We are, however, always available if you need us. Thank you!
