Our house is located in the heart of the historic town of Orvieto, at just 5 minutes from the Duomo. A large living area with a fully equipped kitchen is on first floor, on the second floor there are two bedrooms, a bathroom and a small balcony. A huge flowered terrace on Orvieto rooftops will make your stay a memorable one! The terrace is fully furnished and lit: the place where relax and sunbathe during the day or enjoy intimacy at night! Private parking is available at no extra cost.

The space
The house has a private entrance and it is situated in the historic center of Orvieto, just 5 minutes walking from the Duomo. You can get to the house by car to unload luggage, and then park in a convenient parking lot nearby.
The house is on two levels: on the ground floor there is a large and pleasant living area with a fully equipped kitchen, while on the first floor there are two comfortable king size bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. A lovely balcony with a painted terracotta table and two chairs, is the intimate place for breakfast, overlooking a small square and the greenery of the garden below. From the first floor you can reach the magnificent terrace on the rooftops of Orvieto: a corner of paradise between colorful flowering plants and small trees in terracotta pots. A comfortable sofa and armchairs, a lava stone table, chairs, pillows and a large umbrella, furnish the terrace. The terrace is equipped with lighting, so it can also be enjoyed at night. This is the best place for relaxing, reading a book, sipping a glass of wine or spending a romantic evening under the stars!
All the furnishings of the house have been chosen with taste and attention, some are antique and valuable. The walls are decorated with paintings on canvas and copyright prints.
