Modern ground-floor 2-bedroom condo perfect for families. Master bedroom features a king bed, while the second bedroom is a kid's paradise with both a full-over-full and twin-over-twin bunk bed setup. Both bathrooms are pristinely finished with modern fixtures.

The modern kitchen comes fully equipped for your cooking needs, including a special microwave/air fryer/convection oven combo. Enjoy full access to all resort amenities with provided key fob, including:

Convenient parking just steps from the unit. All condo amenities are yours to enjoy, including full kitchen, washer/dryer, and high-speed internet. Key fob must remain in unit upon departure.

Perfect base for sports tournaments and family vacations.

No pets allowed (except service animals).

Quiet residential community - no parties or events.

Maximum occupancy is 6 guests.

We do not accept bookings from residents of Hurricane, Washington, St. George, and surrounding communities (exceptions considered for temporary housing needs with prior approval).

Early check-in/late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and cleaning schedule.

Initial supplies of essentials provided (toilet paper, paper towels, etc). Grocery stores nearby for additional needs.

Lost key fob fee: $150.

Smoking of any kind is prohibited. $250 fine plus cleaning costs.
