My friend Jim leads tours all over Arizona in his van and him or I can hook you up on tours. I've got a lifted up cheorkee jeep and go wherever the dirt road takes us. Or better yet i drive your rental vehicle and i drive and ive you a tour that way too.

Joya my lovely livin girlfriend lives in the master bedroom. She is delightful conscious and considerate and roommate,
Joya is a great cook and is spear heading our B-Rad & Joya's Super Food Formula product line.

  • I arrived a day late due to some unforeseen circumstances I was glad to be around to assist with. Brad kindly called to see if all was o.k. and to say safe travels and see you soon.
I was greeted by Joya, Brads girlfriend, who was very warm and welcoming and informed me "I was in the right place", that was the best welcoming statement to this long awaited journey.
They helped me with my dog Kaya by taking her for walks and potty breaks, hang out time while I was in classes. I brought Kaya's kennel, (I call it her tent) and just expected she would be in there on the days I was in classes. I am forever grateful for this extra help.
I purchased a amazing necklace from Brad while there, it wasn't pushed on me in any way but drew me to it and helped me with my balance and energy while on such a busy schedule.
I was provided space in the fridge, and access to cooking utensils. I was so so so happy to see cast iron skillets, since I didn't lug mine along.
Brad and Joya are a joy to be around it was like being with a long lost sister and brother in that we all eat organic, GMO free, love growing our own foods, know about detoxing, love, love love cooking and keeping the minerals and life force energy in our foods. It was great to share recipes, beliefs and conversations.
Brad is great in knowledge about the body, I highly recommend that you utilize his skills and knowledge of the human body while you are on your stay, if your schedule allows.
Joya provides some amazing food and great high protein, and high fiber drinks, great tea, there crackers are out of this world. If your budget allows, let yourself be pampered with organic meals, and detox treatments while being in their home.
The room was very simply put together. Brad and Joya allow you your space, and offer great advice about hiking, vortexes, and cool places to visit and explore while staying with them.
I look forward to staying again and this time with my partner to meet them as well.
    Enjoy your stay!

  • I had the most fabulous experience with Brad and Joya as my hosts. They were incredibly knowledgable about the area and graciously took the time to tell me about great locations to see in and around Sedona. Honestly, this was my first time using airbnb and I could not have been more pleased with my decision to stay in the health house. I loved the peacefulness of the house and their dedication to staying/being healthy. Thank you again for your kind hospitality. I will be back!!! :)

  • The reservation was canceled the day before arrival. This is an automated posting.

    February 2014
  • Brad was a great host, and he gave me excellent tips for exploring the beautiful Sedona area. He also let me try some of his health products and I especially enjoyed the Vitality Green Drink mixture. Brad is very knowledgeable in the modern health field and he has lots to share.
I would definitely stay there again.

  • Brad and Joya were such wonderful souls to share space with - so welcoming, accommodating, and kind. They helped me to settle into the Sedona life during my first week here. Both of them were a wealth of information and eager to teach as well as listen. I would absolutely encourage all to stay with these two while in the Sedona area. You will get so much more out of the Modern Health House than just a place for sleeping. Enjoy!

    December 2013
  • Brad was a very accommodating and gracious host. He greeted us when we arrived and made sure we felt welcome! He also gave us some great hiking recommendations and offered to make us breakfast. The bed was comfortable, and the neighborhood was very dark, so you can see an incredible sky full of stars.

    November 2013
  • Brad is a wonderful host. He is very helpful and very knowledgeable regarding natural health, I found this a plus! he is also friendly and knows when to leave you alone. The house is nice to live in and the room is spacious although a bit cold since it doesn't get sun. The drive to Sedona is beautiful but takes about 35 minutes.

    November 2013
  • We really felt at home and enjoyed our week at Brad's. He was a great host with oodles of information about the area. His personalized tour was fun and we enjoyed his commentary about different sites and attractions. We appreciate all the health related information, too. Joya, Eagle and Tennessee were an added bonus and we enjoyed all the great conversations. Take care and hope to see you next time we are in the area.

    October 2013
  • Brad is just the kind of host you want when it comes to a friendly smile, happy vibes, and healthy energy. He was generous with his health information, local tips on sights to see. The room is your basic bedroom with a decent closet space for the weekend traveler. The kitchen offers a large counter to work on, electric stove with all the necessary cooking tools, pots, and pans. A great price for a quiet respite.

    October 2013
  • My family and a friend stayed at Brad's house in July. Brad wasn't there but a friend of his (named Eagle) took very good care of us. He guided us on a wonderful trek and told us about a secluded swimming hole that was wonderful and "tourist free". The location is very good, being very close to Sedona. The rooms we stayed in were very spacious. We had use of the kitchen and all of the conveniences. I recommend Brad's house.
