This villa house is located only 20 meters near to the beach.
You can rent it if you desire some relaxing time no matter in which season - in summer, spring or winter.
The surrounding landscape and nature is simply wonderful especially with the sunrise and sunset. You can go fishing with a real Turkish fishing boat which you can rent here as well.
This place is more than just beautiful - pictures alone could not capture its beauty. It is definitely worth seeing and spending some time at.
The city of Mordogan is a sea side township in the Karaburun district within the province of Izmir.
The price listed namely 80 euro per day (in summer) is for the entire villa house and you can stay with up to 6 or even 8 people here. There is certainly enough room for that many people.
After August it will be per day 20 euro, however even in the following months of September and October the weather is still so hot that you will be able to have a perfect summer time.
If it is not what I have promised you, i will pay your money back ;) ... I wish you a nice vacation here.
taxi ( 5 euro to centrum -- 60 euro to airport) , privat bus ( 5 euro to izmir city)
First of all, Ilhan thanks a lot for your hospitality and it's truly a secret paradise!
I might just repeat noted above by Koen, but I would like to say that this old styled house has its own charm! By the way you will forget everything next morning when after your morning run you will swim in the clear sea just in few steps from your porch! The nearest small beach has shallow depth and even seafloor and very good for small kids. Walking distance sand beach has some sports simulators which also can be useful. There are four supermarkets in three minutes to drive and may be five to Mordoğan center where you can found small market.
We had a great stay in the house of Ilhan in Mordogan. We liked the big terrace with the seaview to have breakfast and relax in the evening. We liked the fact that it is only 20 meters to the sea, so you can have a swim at any time. It's located in a little village, with a lot of turkish tourists in weekends and a beach club in front, but during the week it's fairly calm. Fresh bread at 30 meters and a bigger sand beach on walking distance. The peninsula of Mordogan is mostly unspoiled, and the roads offer great views everywhere. The interior of the house and the equipment may need some renovation, but it is a great place to discover this part of Turkey. Ilhan and his mother gave us a very friendly and warm welcome and were always available whenever we needed something, like when my son stepped on a sea urchin
We arrived to find that the place shown on Air BnB, for which we'd paid in full, had been rented out to another family. Instead of a clean, attractive house that we would stay in alone, we were asked to stay in three rooms in the next door home and the grandmother who lived there would be sleeping on the couch. The family in the place we'd paid for was related to the owner somehow and had only been in the home for a few hours. So, after much negotiation, they agreed to sleep in the grandmother's home and we got the place we'd been expecting. It was a fairly stressful experience.
