Firstly the apartment location is superb. It is in an ancient and picturesque part of Rome, with winding cobbled streets and charming shops and eateries nearby. We could walk to most major attractions within max 30 minutes. The apartment itself is comfortable. The beds are quite comfortable. The kitchen area is small but serviceable. However, why would you bother cooking when in Rome! Staying in this apartment really made us feel we were living in Rome. It's location and ambience added to the holiday very much, rather than if we were in a generic hotel room. Just one thing- watch how you use the power, because if you have too many appliances on at once the fuse"trips" and you have to make your way 3 floors down the foyer to reset it, which can be annoying. However, you soon learn what combinations of appliances work and what doesn't. Just make sure you know where and how to reset the fuse because chances are it will happen!

Great place - Roomy, confortable, and central - and to top it off, Massimo was incredibly accommodating and easy to work with. Incredibly walkable area and a 20 minute walk or less to many key destinations including trastevere, campo Fiori, Vatican, etc

Unit is close to Vatican and other sites. It is very quite and the building and unit has a lot of character. Stayed with family of four and it was a great place to come back too after site seeing and is close to many restaurants

All I can do is confirm what many other reviewers have already written. The apartment is in a nice central location that makes walking to the major sites very reasonable - it's not super close to anything, but close enough to everything. The entrance is on a narrow and relatively quiet street - no real issues with noise. Massimo and his colleague were more than helpful with arrival and departure, and were kind enough to arrange for a van for my family of 5 to get us to and from the airport. The apartment was clean and accurately described. One small advisory - while each of the two bedrooms and the living room with the sofa bed have AC, we were advised not to use all three units at the same time as it would likely overload the main breaker. Such limitations are hardly a surprise in an older building, but on a hot summer evening, if all three sleeping locations are being used you'll have to draw straws for the AC. A great apartment and value overall.

It was a great place to stay for our first trip in Rome! The best perks were the amount of space (2 bedrooms and a pull out couch in the living room), cleanliness, and location (it was a 10 minute walk to the vatican and a 20 minute walk to trevi fountain). The areas for improvement were that the wifi was a bit slow and spotty. And also hard to control but the seagulls outside made for an early start each morning with their squawking. We were also told to only have one air conditioner on at a time which only kept one room cool and the rest of the apartment was still warm. Overall, a great place to stay for our family of 5 for a few days and we loved Rome!

If you want to explore Rome and walk to most of the attractions come to Giuseppe"s place. Natacha received us and provide all the I formation needed. She and Masssimo are very helpful and always ready to help us in any situation. Walk distance to Piazza Novona with plenty of restaurants and night life. Just crossing to Emmanuel street you have public transportation . On a 10 minutes walk you will be in The Varic
