Interaction with Guests
Between work, yoga and grad school I am almost never home but our paths will probably cross at some point each day. I am either studying on the weekends, relaxing or taking a short excursion. I do prefer to keep a degree of privacy and I stay out of the way, even though it is shared space.
I live on the property, so you will probably see me daily although I honor and respect your space and privacy and ask that you do the same in this shared space that will be home during your stay. Sometimes that may be an additional renter on property during your stay.
Stay in a Disney neighborhood. Every home was custom made in the 1940's and are real charmers. I have been here for 30 years and still ooggle the beautiful homes. It is quaint, charming and safe with easy access to Rt 95, Rt 195, Rt 1, Rt 29 and Rt 295.
Have car will travel. We are off the beaten path but easily accessible to every major highway and New Jersey Transit and Septa rail lines. You can catch the train to Phila or New York easily because both train stations are just a few miles away.

Please do not use artificial fragrances on property - that includes perfumes, colognes, or artificially scented laundry detergents. The host specifically requests that the use of fragrance boosters or scented laundry detergent, and commercial perfumes not be used due to the toxicity and allergic reactions. The host maintains a 100% fragrance free property therefore guests are asked to be mindful of what they bring into the house and that the store bought fragrances can trigger a migraine for the homeowner.
No smoking. No parties or house guests. Quiet hours between 8 pm and 8 am. No TV downstairs, please. The use of artificial perfumes, fragrances and detergents is prohibited.
Be mindful of my cat, Ari. He is gentle and loving but is very shy at first. He likes attention and will probably steal your heart by the time you leave.
This is an older house. Please be mindful of the older plumbing and ONLY throw toilet paper in the toilet. Thanks!

Hi, welcome to Airbnb! I have lived in my house for 29 years and I do my very best to make sure guests have a marvelous stay. I try to include any amenities that I feel will make stays more enjoyable (coffee maker, blow dryer, fast wifi Internet). I also make sure that my responses to inquiries are very concise and prompt.
I am a New Jersey native but have also lived in Colorado, Mexico, Vermont and Spain. I love travel, culture, art, foreign languages and yoga. I am currently earning my master's degree in holistic health. I eat a mostly plant based diet and make a lot of green smoothies. I work for a well known travel website. I live alone with my cat and we live a peaceful, yet busy life. I maintain a zen environment with tons of beautiful artwork in every room. If you like to come home to a quiet and tranquil setting then you will really like my place.
Don't hesitate to send me a message if you have any questions about myself, my property or the Airbnb experience in general. I would love to have you as my guest! My house is cozy and inviting with lots of room to spread out.
Welcome again, and hope to have you as my guest.
