So, in the neighborhood you can find dozens and dozens of restaurants, pubs, all kind of shops and every-everything you will search for at just few steps away. It's very well known as one of the most crowded during the lovely fresh nights in Rome, yet the apartment has on optimal silent location where no one single voice or noise can reach it.
The flat offers you a great combination of both location and comforts. Everything you need is close at hand, the area is safe, the flat both wide and modern. To understand it, just check out the pictures of the flat.
It is 30 minutes walk away from Colosseum and from historical center; anyway there are plenty of buses and tram just under the apartment. The place is very well connected with Termini/Tiburtina train station as well as Fiumicino and Ciampino airports.
But what makes this place unique is the warm sense of hospitality that you will feel, from being helped in any need and will you should have. We really enjoy make people have their best of their stay in Rome!
We have flexibility to check in but not later than 22:00!!! Therefore, the latest landing time has to be 20:30 and the latest arrival train has to be 21:30.
Very easy to get to/from the airport and the main train station. From ANY airport (Fiumicino or Ciampino) just get the shuttle up to the main train station named Termini. From there just pick ANY tram and count only 9 stops, as all of the tram stop just in front of my house!
The price of the room does not include the TOURIST TAX, which will be required in accordance with the law!
the rate includes: breakfast, linen, towels, free usage of the kitchen

"Pigneto is away from touristic pathways, being anyway very central and with excellents connections to any and each point of interest. It is located just at few stops away from the main train station (named Termini), it's the heartbeat of romans: what locals do? They head to Pigneto, which is a dynamic suburb off the tourist track, and is abuzz with bars, cafés and restaurants. It is still one of the city’s best-kept secrets from tourist, but not for a long anymore. At eight in the morning the fresh fruit and vegetable market in the pedestrian-only strip of Pigneto is doing a brisk trade against a backdrop of closed shops and brick walls plastered with street posters and graffiti. Old grannies with shopping trolleys mix with the iPod generation to buy the freshest produce from vendors who sip takeaway espresso delivered from a corner bar." (copied from an article)
The host I like: everyone, I just ask for a basic honesty and good manners. We are pleased to have your stay. We will give you a clean and nice apartments, and we will clean out once you'll leave it. Please, just state clear your requirements before the arrival. If during the stay should you have any further need or anything should happen, just state it clear to us. Just good manners!
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this B&B. The room was so well laid-out and comfortable. I would strongly recommend it to anyone planning to stay in Rome. We were greeted by a lovely woman called Roberta, who told us everything we needed to know about Rome's tourist attractions and even gave us a supplementary phone in case we ran into any problems. **** Brilliant.
The check-in process was smooth and I was given all infomation that's required right on arrival. A decent touch-screen phone with high speed 3G internet connection was provided, which is the best thing anyone could ask for when your Italian language skills are zero !!! Breakfast vouchers provided at a nearby eat-out was quite good too..
Coming to the room : The room itself is quite cozy and big enough to accommodate two adults. Although, it's located a bit far from the city center (15 mins by tram, 40+ mins to most tourist destinations) it is well connected (Bus no. 81 connects to major tourist locations) The apartment as a whole is a bit old, nevertheless it was clean and has all facilities. You can't find anything better for the price you pay !!
The room was neat and clean. We were welcomed really nicely and they offered us guide, maps, a translator, a phone and information (restaurants) about the neighbourhood. I strongly recommend this place. Also the transportation was perfect, since the bus nr. 81 which stops right in front of the apartment takes you to all the sights (Colosseum, Vatican, Pantheon,... ) And you can always uss the phone with an Italian sim to find your way back. It was so helpful. We had a brilliant stay.
It was a really nice place, Melanie was very helpful in checking in and getting me the details of nearby restaurants and such. I stayed only for a night, so I didn't get a chance to meet Pietro or his friends, but overall a good place to stay.
There are quite a few restaurants within walkable distance, and a list of suggestions available in the room too.
I had assumed that the included breakfast was at the apartment, but it was at a restaurant about 5 minutes away. It was worth it though, as the food there was really good.
Bus 81 from the house connects to most tourist attractions, so that's good too. Overall, a good place to stay.
This is my first booking and Airbnb and i was impressed by the welcoming. I felt like I was staying in my own home. The room was neat and clean. Pietro offers you with a entire rome guide, maps, translator book which helps you alot. He even offered as a mobile phone which has internet for communicating him and for travel plans... The best service i ever got... I would rate him more than 5 stars if there was an option... I strongly recommend this place... The best part is transportation. There is a bus no.81 That takes you to all the place in Rome (Colosseum, Vatican City, St.Peter Basilica, etc) So you dont need to worry about searching of transport for side seeing...
This is the perfect place is to stay in Rome, the hosts really go above and beyond expectations for example providing you with a phone and the free breakfast vouchers which are delicious! The location is handy its just a tram ride away from the station. Room was perfectly clean we had no issues at all, would definitely come back
