In the middle of the tranquil Eifel town of Aremberg, an inviting and special accommodation awaits you.
The apartment with private access in a hillside location and great views of the valley is located in a family two-family house.
A highlight of the newly built apartment is the small corner sauna integrated in the bathroom (use is included in the price). The apartment leaves nothing to be desired and is the perfect starting point for a relaxing active holiday in the eventful Eifel.
The space
The modern and minimalist/Nordic style furnished apartment offers around 45 m² of space - spread over a living, dining & kitchen area, a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with rain shower, toilet & corner sauna (Finnish sauna) and an entrance and hallway area.
The style-defining element of this apartment is the material wood, which in combination with warm lighting creates a cozy atmosphere.
The apartment is located in a passive house. This means that there is no need for central heating because of very good thermal insulation, but if necessary, it is heated via decentralized heat generators (in this case infrared radiators & heat pump). Furthermore, the apartment is always supplied with fresh outside air via a ventilation system with an integrated heat exchanger without having to open windows.
The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to three adults, or two adults with a baby/toddler. The double bed in the bedroom measures 160 x 200 cm. The corner sofa in the living area is extendable (to 130 cm width).
The kitchen offers common to extensive amenities and has a fridge with a small freezer compartment, a stove with two hotplates, a small oven, a sink, a Nespresso machine and a kettle.
Internet TV allows you to use numerous TV programs and stream movies/series on the small TV (including Netflix & waipu).
In summer, the outdoor terrace can also be used (terrace furniture and a small electric grill are also available).
Some baby/toddler accessories (high chair, dishes, cutlery, toys) can be rented if necessary by prior arrangement.
A note for the brighter summer months: the rooms cannot be completely darkened, but the windows are equipped with venetian blinds and a roller blind in the bedroom.
The house has private and public (uncovered) parking spaces.
On request, the wallbox can be used to charge an electric car for a fee.
