Complete with a micro chef’s kitchen with contemporary appliances, top-notch furnishings and fine rustic-luxury finishes, this 449 sq ft cabin offers a secluded one-of-a-kind experience. Whether you're here for hunting, sightseeing or to simply relax, River Park Retreat is the perfect answer!
The space
The Indoor Space
The bathroom has a large modern shower. The kitchen features a cabin-sized fridge, freezer, and custom fronts to blend in with the white oak doors and drawers, a Hampton Bay Toaster Oven and microwave, and spectacular hand-made Butcher Block counters. The kitchen area features a modern 2-burner stove and range, with a Keurig Coffee Maker.
A cozy bedroom off the kitchen features a plush queen bed with a small hanging closet, luggage rack, 43” Smart TV, and a mid-century dresser.
The kitchen opens to an open living area with a commanding view of Central Texas scenery. Large French-paned windows bring the outdoors in, flooding the tastefully designed rustic-luxury interior with warm natural light. The Living Area is complete with a large 55” Smart TV for streaming Netflix and a variety of online platforms. The entire 1/2-acre is equipped with high-speed internet access.
Just in between the Kitchen-/Living transition is a quaint, movable table-for-two and 2 sturdy barstools.
The Outdoor Space
Just outside the front door, you’ll find a comfy patio with chairs and side table for coffee time or anytime.
A few short steps away, you’ll enjoy a smokeless stone fire pit, stocked with firewood. Relax around the fire pit or enjoy a game of cornhole.
The Llano River—just 2 minutes away by car or a short 5-min walk—is the perfect place to have some outdoor fun, fishing, kayaking or to just simply unwind.
Come visit Dottie and Dover, our Miniature American Standard Donkeys, and our Dorper Lamb, Benjamin Mutton (AKA “Benji”)… they can’t wait to meet you! We stock their favorite treats (carrots and animal crackers) for our guests. Let us know ahead of time and we’ll provide the treats.

*Guest Acknowledgment of Kayak Use Requirements
Before arrival, all adult guests (21+) must sign a full Kayak Use Waiver to use any kayak or related equipment at River Park Ranch.
Kayak use is completely at your own risk, with no supervision, guidance, or warranties provided.
No minors are permitted to use the kayaks.
Failure to sign the waiver will result in no access to kayak equipment.

We are located 8 minutes from downtown Llano.
Early check-in & late check-out is available for an additional $35 each. (Depending on availability)
This allows you to check in at least 2 hours early or check out 2 hours later. You can request this once the reservation is confirmed.
8-log firewood bundles can be purchased $22/each, and burn for approximately 3 hours if additional fire pit use is desired. You can request once the reservation is confirmed.
You can also purchase firewood bundles at the local Lowe’s grocery in Llano.

Guest access
Guests may access the property around Persimmon House (firepit, lighted areas). Owners live at the back of the property where the livestock stalls are located so Donkey/Lamb feedings need to be arranged via text.
