This large single family home has multiple decks with ocean and city views. This property is 10 houses away from the sand in Newport's prime surfing epicenter. Come down and enjoy beach living at it's finest.

The space
This 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom corner home sits on Newport Beach's Balboa peninsula with expansive views of the ocean, Catalina Island, and all of the beautiful sights that Newport has to offer. Just a few houses away from the sand, this home was built by renowned builder Berk Properties and completed in 2018. It is one of the nicest and most expansive homes available for vacationing families in the city!

Offering more than 300 days a year of sunshine makes this location one of the greatest in the USA. Millions of visitors flock to Southern California beaches every year, and for good reason. Enjoy this home with all of its beauty, not only in the house itself, but the amazing beach, boardwalk, and pier are just steps away. Beach chairs and toys are provided for your use as well.

Included are the following high-end upgrades: Milgard triple pane windows and slider doors, custom cabinetry, Kohler plumbing fixtures, and a kitchen built with Viking professional series appliances and quartzite stone counters. Living space boasts 2,661 square feet of luxury. When you walk into the first level of the home you are welcomed by the beautiful kitchen. There is central heating and air throughout the home. The downstairs living room and dining area are a single space that is surrounded by large windows. Huge big screen TVs throughout the home as well as multiple board games in the living room are awesome for entertaining family and friends. The downstairs level has a stunning front patio fully equipped with comfortable patio furniture with extra seating and the patio offers a large gas grill, making it the perfect spot to grill up some burgers and mix some drinks. After dinner, kick your feet up and relax by the fire table up on the 3rd floor deck and enjoy the unmatched views on top of the world! The sunsets views are Epic!

On the second level of the home are four bedrooms all with full en-suite bathrooms. The home was built with two separate master suites with master baths and king beds. There are two additional bedrooms, and a third-floor loft with a sleeper sofa, full bath and an amazing grand ocean view deck. The loft also includes a Pac-Man multi arcade system.

The front master bedroom has an incredible view of the ocean as it sits on the 2nd floor overlooking the neighborhood. The bunk bed in the 3rd bedroom, has 2 full size beds. The third floor decks provide a 360-degree view of the ocean and the Balboa Peninsula. There is high speed Wi-Fi all throughout the house with hotspots as well as hundreds of channels of cable television.

Enjoy surround sound in the living room as well as both master bedrooms and the ability to stream multiple media sources throughout the whole house sound system. You can enjoy a delicious meal at any of the close by casual or fine dining restaurants, or you can ride a bike over to the 32nd St. shopping center for local groceries. Accessible from the back if the home is the two car garage.
