Welcome to this luxurious apartment, ideally located in the heart of the Old Town. Surrounded by charming streets, fine cafes, and exceptional restaurants, it offers the perfect base to immerse yourself in the city’s life.

A tranquil oasis, this apartment provides a serene retreat after a day of exploration and with it'sprime location, you’re just steps from iconic landmarks. The beach is a 9 minute walk, the Central Market 5 minutes, and La Rambla and Explanada are mere minutes away.

The space
The spaces of this apartment communicate with each other in a very beautiful way.

When you enter the apartment you will find the living/dining room to the left and the kitchen to the righ. The kitchen has two windows and a nice arched door that leads out onto the private patio.

Following the hallway, to the right you will find a full bathroom with a shower and the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. In the hallway, next to the living/dining room, to the left, you will find a second bedroom with a balcony. The balcony has views of a San Cristóbal Square and La Rambla Street.

It is a recently renovated apartment with the best materials. The windows are triple acoustic glass which makes the apartment very quiet. In addition to having acoustic insulation on the walls that face the street.

All rooms have hot/cold air conditioning.
