About This Listing
The Judah House is a lovely house located exaclty 1.9 miles from Bethel Church featuring an attached studio with private entrance, outdoor patio with waterfall/creek and bridge, private bath with jetted tub, and kitchenette.
Welcome to The Judah House Studio. The Judah House is lovely house located 2 miles from Bethel Church and a 7 minute drive to town where you will find the Shasta Mall, restaurants, and grocery stores. The house is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac in a very safe neighborhood which backs up to a greenbelt. There are no neighbors directly next to us so the home is very private.
The studio is an attached 450 square foot studio apartment with a completely separate entrance. We have tried to make the accommodations feel as much like a hotel in terms of cleanliness, privacy, and luxury. Located on a secluded wing of the house, the studio can accommodate up to 4 people and offer guaranteed privacy. As a note, because the studio is attached you may hear sounds from the main house. We maintain quiet hours from 9PM-8AM and the walls do a pretty good job of muffling sounds. We just want you to be prepared that you may hear some noises.
Furnished with a pillow top California King bed (and a queen airbed upon request) and featuring exotic hardwood floors, the suite is both spacious and elegant. Be prepared for a distraction free stay with your own private entrance and a mini kitchenette equipped with dishes, silverware, a refrigerator, microwave, hot water pot and coffee maker. Note that there is no stove, although there is a BBQ for your use. Relax with a tranquil bath in the jetted tub or welcome the morning while drinking a hot beverage on the garden patio. Enjoy the large library of books featuring Bethel Church authors and other authors such as Robert Kiyosaki. Room Includes complementary use of wireless internet as well as a selection of coffee and tea. Washer/dryer is provided for longer stays.
The outdoor garden patio is surrounded by beautiful landscaping including a waterfall/creek with a bridge, pathways and colorful plants. Please be aware that although you have a fairly private patio area, the yard space is shared by our family. If you are outside, you may hear and inevitably interact with our kids.

Interaction with Guests
You will have as little or as much interaction with us as you want. Your studio is entirely private so you may go your entire stay without any interaction. However, if you are looking for more interaction, we are available for that as well. We share patio space so if we are both on the patio, there will be some interaction.
Our neighborhood is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac and back up to a green belt. There are no neighbors directly next to us so the home is very private.

Other Things to Note
We do have a friendly black lab on the premises. She is strictly an outside dog.
Lovely place. Nice and roomy. Modern bathroom. Close to Bethel. Gorgeous backyard with lovely stream. Very accommodating hosts and we were made to feel very welcome. We would stay again.
We really enjoyed our stay here. The studio was very clean and close to Bethel as described.
The bedroom studio was spacious, lovely and immaculate. The photos are completely accurate. The bathroom was generous in size and also very attractive. The entrance was separate from the home's main entrance and quite private. The neighborhood was attractive and pleasing. The location would work so well for anyone coming to attend Bethel or Simpson College, as it is near both.
Rebekah and Daniel made us feel welcome by providing a homey place for us to stay. They had some light snacks available on our arrival as well as some dishes and utensils. That was very helpful. The description was accurate and the neighborhood was peaceful. She was also very helpful in providing some basic items for our daughter like a booster seat and outlet covers. The swing set in the back was a big hit with our daughter too!
A brilliant experience from beginning to end. Rebekah was easy to get in touch with and quick to respond throughout. Kind and thoughtful hosts who went out of their way to provide for us. Clean, tidy, comfy and beautiful accommodation perfectly located for our visit to Bethel. An amazingly peaceful and relaxing environment to stay in. Would highly reccomend!
Our stay at Rebekah's studio was perfect! The studio was exceptionally clean, beautiful and larger than we expected. Rebekah was a wonderful and accommodating hostess and even went out of her way to leave a pack n play for us when we asked for one. It was a great location for exploring Redding and Lassen Park. We hope to be back!
