Beautiful 4 bedroom house on Toddy Pond in Surry, Maine. Sit by the lake and enjoy the beauty and quiet of Maine, with a good book in hand. Or swim, boat, bird watch and hike. Near beach, Blue Hill, Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor.

The house is open bright and airy, with casual, comfortable furnishings.
Almost every room has a collection of books.
Living room: ample seating, beautiful view of lake and Great Pond Mountain, gas fire place
Kitchen: good pots and utensils, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, small food processor, hand mixer, table for 12, lobster pot
TV Room: large flat screen, dvd, vcr and large collection of videos
Rainy day closet: Hope you don't need it but if you do it is stocked with craft supplies, toys and games
Bedrooms: linens supplied, 1 bedroom on ground floor
Bathrooms: 1 on first floor with shower, 2nd floor bath with tub
Screen Porch: large with casual seating and dining table
Outside: large deck, gas and charcoal grill, beach toys, lawn chairs, hammock, fire ring
Swimming: swim float shared with neighbors (Please be respectful and appropriate around children). It is lake swimming, some tolerance of nature is required.
Boating: must bring your own or rent nearby
