**PET POLICY NOTICE**
We welcome up to **two small (well trained) dogs** at our property! Our space is designed to be **pet-friendly**, so your furry companions will feel right at home. However, please note that we **charge a pet fee of $180 + tax per dog**, which **must be paid prior to receiving your check-in instructions**. This fee is separate from the total booking amount and will need to be settled before your stay.

🧯 SAFETY FIRST: Fire extinguishers, first aid kits, smoke alarms, and carbon monoxide detectors are all in the home.
🐻 Wildlife Alert: Bear country! It is common to see black bears in Western North Carolina Mountains. We do occasionally see bears on site. They keep to themselves but its best to exercise reasonable precaution. We recommend leaving car doors locked. Do not leave trash or food outside unattended. Use animal-proof trash bins and avoid leaving food in cars.
🐞 FRIENDLY CRITTERS: While our lovely mountain home is nestled in nature, you may encounter some friendly bugs. We provide regular pest control to keep discomfort at bay, but a few critters might still say hello. To minimize their visits, keep doors and windows closed.
🚫 As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, we request guests to respect quiet hours from 10:00PM - 8:00AM.
🛡️ Travel Insurance is recommended: There are NO REFUNDS allowed for Weather, Natural Disasters, Power Outages, and other circumstances that are beyond our control.
📷 Security Cameras (Exterior Only)
For added safety and peace of mind, the home is equipped with three exterior security cameras:
• Camera #1 monitors the main entrance door to the home.
• Camera #2 monitors the driveway area.
• Camera #3 monitors the pathway to the entrance of the home.
There are no cameras inside the home, and no cameras monitoring private outdoor spaces.
🚭 No Smoking: Strictly no smoking, no vaping. Penalty fees will apply.
🐾 PETS: You must indicate number of pets upon your booking. Up to two small (well trained) Dogs are allowed with a pet fee of $180 + tax per dog. All fees MUST be paid prior to check-in.
